Placement and infrastructure of vit Vellore.
Placements: The placement of my college is great but to be specific my branch it is not that great approximately 70% of the students get placed in the college placements. The highest package is 40lpa and the lowest is 4lpa and average is 7 LPA. The companies for recruiting are Deloitte, Mind tree, tcs etc. Around 30 percent get internships.
Infrastructure: I have to say that the facilities and infrastructure of vit Vellore is just amaze we have fully AC-ed library which is a huge building. The labs are well-equipped. The hostel you have all room available from AC to non-AC from 2 room to 6 room. There are non-veg and veg mess in each hostel and a jain mess.
Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified and they are quiet helpful they are mostly PhD's and M.Teach. Here at vit you can choose you slots and faculty. So, you can choose the type of teacher you like. No, as personally I don't think is it much relevant as we know our education system. The semester exam are easy but there is a lot of competition so for better grade you need to score in 80's and 90's.

Our college provides very good placements and facilities.
Placements: Almost 96% of students got placed in our college with the highest salary package of 36 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 6 LPA. Honeywell is the top recruiting company. Several students got internships. Top roles offered are instrumentation engineer, designer, and automation engineer.
Infrastructure: Our college provides very good facilities and infrastructure. We have well-equipped labs, spacious classrooms, good Wi-Fi, and a comprehensive library with relevant resources. The hostel provides a comfortable living environment. The food served in the mess and canteen is good.
Faculty: All faculty members are helpful, knowledgeable, and qualified. They teach us very well. The course curriculum is relevant. It focuses on the industry. It provides skills.

It is a college that gives lots of opportunities.
Placements: Almost all students sitting for placement were placed based on their potential. Even if there are around 10,000 students, the average salary package is more than 10 LPA. Amazon offered internships to 80 students with a stipend of Rs. 100000 per month. Top recruiting companies are Google, Microsoft, Citi, and Bank of America.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. It has clean labs, classrooms, and greenery all around. The maintenance of bathrooms is not proper in some hostels. It is good in the academic blocks. Other facilities, such as sports facilities, the canteen, and medical facilities, are very good compared to the colleges of the same tier. Wi-Fi facilities are available only in hostels, the library, and computer labs but not in academic blocks.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They have good knowledge of the subjects they are teaching, but for some students, the spoken English can be a problem as most teachers are from the south and have a different accent. The curriculum planned is totally relevant to meet the needs of the current trend in the industry. They incorporate an industrial expert guest lecture as the last module of every subject.
Other: Electronics and instrumentation are the latest trends. Their demand has increased not only in India but also abroad, mostly in the manufacturing industries. The main plus point of this college is that it literally gives lots of opportunities by conducting several fests, hackathons, workshops, etc. They should be utilised.

VIT is a great journey for every engineering student.
Placements: VIT Vellore campus offers 85% of placements of students in-campus. Last year, the highest package went upto 1.2 crores, MotoQ company gave 2 students this package and other companies like JP Morgan, Schneider, Accenture appear for the best students in VIT.
Infrastructure: Hostels are satisfying and way better than many private colleges of India, mainly because it is pocket friendly comparing to other deemed to be university. The mess food us doable but the Wi-Fi speed ***. The speed of Wi-Fi is negligible. The medicinal facilities are very accurate.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and supportive. The ratio of Ph.D. teachers in VIT has a very good number. My curriculum makes me an all-round personality to get well-equipped in all domains. The semester exams here are stressful and it requires consistency.

The campus is filled with places for leisurely activities.
Placements: Placement is good as VIT is a respected name amongst recruiters and placement officers. Though the process can be improved and streamlined for the students. You will find most of your household placement companies coming here such as Amazon, Deloitte, TCS etc., and the packages are also good. Most of them start with 6-8 LPA and can go as high as 25-30 LPA.
Infrastructure: Hostel and mess are pretty much as one could expect. Nothing extraordinary or luxurious. Average stuff. We have 1 bedded room to 6 or sometimes 8 bedded rooms. It can get a bit cramped and is particularly humid in July to October period so make sure to get an AC room.
Faculty: Don't have anything to compare the curriculum to but don't expect it to be anything like in the movies. You'll still have to memorize a lot of stuff and much of it will feel very pointless, but it is important for your branch when it comes to be industry-ready. Professors are like any other college, they have knowledge of the subject and teach alright but don't expect individual attention.
Other: Campus life is good, although being crowded. You'll definitely encounter some good examples of overpopulation here, such as waiting in queues for the elevator and fighting to get in, etc. Although the campus being the size of a small town does help sometimes. The campus is also filled with places for leisurely activities and we do get movie nights every so often. Outside the campus there is not much to do as Vellore is your typical small-town/village, but you will find some alright places to and have fun.
