Overall, it is a good college for the career.

Placements: This college is overall good for pursuing an undergraduate degree. If you are pursuing masters, then it is better to go with a CS or IT branch. In the end, placements are offered for these branches, and only a few companies come for other branches.

Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are very good. It is a very good college with four auditoriums and huge college infrastructure. Even a train track crosses the college, and the nearest station is situated in Katpadi Junction. Food is the best, and there are varieties of food like south, north, western and everything. There is a huge library with access to various journal sites as well as publication sites.

Faculty: The course makes students industry-ready because they allowed performing various projects each semester. Teachers are also well-experienced in their respective fields.

Other: The best thing about this course is you can do projects in any field respectively, and you can get stipend if you are GATE qualified if you are a master's student. If you are a PhD student, then you can get a salary of around Rs. 30,000 per month.

Completely satisfied because of good lab facilities, teachers and crowd.

Placements: Placements are quite good, with around 80 to 85% of the people getting placed ( Automotive engineering). If you are a average student and maintain a 7 CGPA allover without any arrears a you have good chances of getting placed. The placements are excellent for CS and IT branches.

Infrastructure: The while campus and hostels are equipped with Wi-Fi. The labs are well-equipped and managed, with prior permission students can access all labs at VIT. The hostels are clean and well maintained. The canteens and mess facilities are okish if you are from northern part of the country.

Faculty: The curriculum and courses are project based so you learn a lot by the time you finish the course. All the teachers are Ph.D. holders and quite knowledgeable in their respective discipline. The college library has a impressive collection of books and research articles.
