UP Board 12th Exam Date 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has revised 2026 board exam schedule for Hindi and Sanskrit papers. Board has shared the updated timetable, which includes changes in exam timings for Class 10 and Class 12. As per revised date sheet, Class 12 Hindi and General Hindi papers will take place on Feb 18 in afternoon shift from 2:00 pm to 5:15 pm.
The Intermediate Sanskrit paper has also been shifted to March 12, 2026 (2:00 pm to 5:15 pm).
The UPMSP notice reads that no other subject has been changed, and all remaining exams will be held as per previously released schedule.

Nov 5: UP Board Exam 2026 Datesheet Released; Class 10, 12 Exams from February 18 to March 12
Earlier, the board announced the UP Board Exam Date 2026 Class 12 on November 5. As per the announced date, the UPMSP 12th exams 2026 will be conducted from February 18 and March 12, 2026. The UPMSP class 12 board exams will be held in two shifts. The first shift exams will be conducted from 8:30 am to 11:45 am, and second shift from 2 pm to 5:15 pm. The UP Board Class 12 Exams 2026 will be conducted in offline (pen and paper) mode.

UPMSP announced the UP Board exam date 2026 class 12 for the students on November 5, 2025. The UPMSP will hold the UP 12th exam 2026 between February 18 and March 12, 2026. On the other hand, UP Board class 12 practical exams will also be conducted in January and February 2026. The board will be conducting the UP Board 10th compartment exam 2026 in July 2026, tentatively.

The board released the UP Board Inter Admit Card 2025 on February 18, 2025. The students must note that the board did not release the UP Board 12th admit card 2025 online on its website. It has been made available offline. Schools have directly received the UPMSP 12th admit card for the students. As the board released the admit card, students can collect it from their respective schools. All the students must carry their admit card to the exam center on each day of exam.
Every year, more than 25 lakh students appear for UP Board class 12 exams. For class 10 and 12 exams 2024, a total of 55,08,206 students registered. In 2024, a total of 24,52,830 students appeared for UP board 12th exams. Out of which, there were 13,41,356 boys students and 14,12,806 were girls students. A total of 82.60 of students passed in the UPMSP class 12 exam. Out of which 77.78% of boys and 88.42% of girls were declared pass in UP Board 12th results.
The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) released the UPMSP class 12 syllabus 2024-25. The students must be aware that the UPMSP follows the CBSE syllabus and NCERT Books for UP Board class 12 exams. The board released the UPMSP syllabus 2024-25 class 12 online on its website. Students can access the UP Board syllabus 2025 for class 12 at upmsp.edu.in. Apart from the official website, we have also provided the UPMSP 12th syllabus 2024-25 on this page. Students are suggested to download the syllabus and make a suitable study plan for the preparation of the exam.
Last year, the Ministry of Education (MoE) announced that Board exams will be conducted twice a year from the session 2024. The main objective behind conducting the exam twice is to allow the students to retain the best score in the exam. As per the MoE, the exams will be based on the new curriculum which has been developed for the academic session 2023-24. However, as of now, the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has not confirmed that the UP Board exams will also be held Twice a year. Once the board provides any update regarding the same, we will notify the same here as well.
