For the OBC AI category, the cutoff in the first round ranged from 1415 to 5323. In the last round, the cutoff varied between 1510 and 5774. According to both these rounds, admission at  IIT Bhubaneswar was the most demanding for the BTech in Computer Science and Engineering, with the first and last round cutoffs being 1415 and 1510, respectively.

The last round cutoff rank for this category ranged from 747 to 3054, wherein the two most competitive branches for IIT Bhubaneswar admission were BTech in Computer Science and Engineering, followed by BTech in Mathematics and Computing.
