How to Calculate Marks Using JEE Advanced 2025 Answer Key by Resonance?

To check scores using the JEE Advanced answer key, candidates must follow the exam's marking scheme. The marking scheme of the exam is displayed on the JEE Advanced online question paper.

The broad types of questions that are asked in JEE Advanced are:

  1. Single correct
  2. Multiple correct
  3. Numerical type
  4. Paragraph type
  5. Matrix match type
  6. Question stem (Paragraph type question with answer in numerical form)

There are questions of 1 mark, 2 marks, 3 marks and 4 marks. There are also questions with negative markings of -1, -2, etc. Candidates must read the instructions on the question paper properly regarding the marking scheme.

The official JEE Advanced answer keys are made available on the official website a few days after the exam ends. The candidates can check and download the official JEE Advanced answer keys PDFs to know their expected scores in the exam before the result is out.

JEE Advanced 2025 Result

The conducting IIT of JEE Advanced 2026 will release the JEE Advanced result on the official website, jeeadv.ac.in. Initially, the JEE Advanced result will be displayed on the website that will have the candidates' marks in each subject of paper 1 & 2, the total marks, All India Rank (AIR), and the qualifying status. Overall, 50-55% seats are reserved in IITs. The break-up of reservation is - 27% for OBC-NCL, 15% for SC, 7.5% for ST, 10% for Gen-EWS and 5% horizontal reservation for PwD candidates.

Physics is the most difficult of all three subjects asked in the JEE Advanced exam. Many students also finds Maths as the toughest. It largely depends upon the understanding of candidates and how well the students are equipped with basic knowledge of any subject.
