How to Calculate Marks Using JEE Advanced 2025 Answer Key by Aakash?
To check scores using the JEE Advanced answer key, candidates must follow the exam's marking scheme. The marking scheme of the exam is displayed on the JEE Advanced online question paper.
The broad types of questions that are asked in JEE Advanced are:
- Single correct
- Multiple correct
- Numerical type
- Paragraph type
- Matrix match type
- Question stem (Paragraph type question with answer in numerical form)
There are questions of 1 mark, 2 marks, 3 marks and 4 marks. There are also questions with negative markings of -1, -2, etc. Candidates must read the instructions on the question paper properly regarding the marking scheme.

No login details are needed to check the JEE Advanced answer key as the answer keys are not released under the candidate login. Candidates can find the JEE Advanced 2026 paper 1 and paper 2 answer keys at jeeadv.ac.in as PDF files.
Yes candidates can challenge the JEE Advanced provisional answer key. The challenge facility is provided for one day under the login of the candidates. For each question challenged candidate have to pay a fee. If the challenges are accepted and found valid a revised answer key is released with result. That will be the final answer key and cannot be challenged further.
The JEE Advanced answer key challenge window will open in May 2026 after the provisional keys are released. Candidates will get a one day period to challenge the keys.

JEE Advanced 2025 Result
The conducting IIT of JEE Advanced 2026 will release the JEE Advanced result on the official website, jeeadv.ac.in. Initially, the JEE Advanced result will be displayed on the website that will have the candidates' marks in each subject of paper 1 & 2, the total marks, All India Rank (AIR), and the qualifying status.
