GITAM stands for Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management, which offers admission to the Under Graduate (UG) and Post Graduate (PG) programs in Technology, Architecture, and Pharmacy. We are talking about the GITAM Admission Test (GAT) on this page, which is conducted for the admission of candidates to the Under Graduate (UG) programs at Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru campuses. GITAM GAT is an online test, which comprises of the questions from three subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology.

The eligibility criteria is a standard, which should be met by a candidate who wants to apply for GITAM GAT. • Candidates should be a pass in Class 12 examination from a recognized State or National Board.
• Candidates should have secured minimum 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
• Candidates should have secured rank in GITAM GAT.
• Candidates who have studied Physics, Chemistry, & Mathematics/Biology and scored 60% aggregate marks are eligible for BTech Biotechnology.

GITAM GAT Application Form 2020

The application form was released on November 20, 2019 in online mode. The eligible candidates can fill GTAM GAT online form until March 30, 2020. Try to submit the GITAM GAT 2020 application form as soon as possible to avoid the last-minute troubles. Be very careful while filling the details in the GITAM application form so that the form will not be rejected. The online application form is available at www.gitam.edu and the application fee is Rs.800/-.

Candidates can also obtain GITAM GAT application form by post from Director-Admissions by sending a request or from the selected branches of Union Bank of India, India Bank, and Karur Vysya Bank. After that candidates need to send the application form along with a Demand Draft for Rs.800/- drawn in favour of GITAM Deemed to be University, payable at Visakhapatnam on any scheduled bank. GITAM GAT Exam Pattern 2020

The exam pattern of GITAM GAT can play an important role in the preparation of the examination. Candidates should refer to the GITAM GAT 2020 exam pattern so that they can get an idea of the number of questions, total marks, total section, etc. The examination will be of two hours and all the questions will be of objective type. GITAM GAT Slot Booking 2020

The link of GITAM GAT slot booking will activate from April 5, 2020 to April 7, 2020. Candidates who will fill the application form have to choose a date and slot of their choice for appearing in the examination. In order to exercise the GITAM GAT 2020 slot booking process, candidates have to log in their account by using application number, gender, and date of birth. If a candidate fails to book GITAM GAT slot then the system will automatically generate the date and time of the exam for such candidates.

GITAM GAT Hall Ticket 2020

After booking the slot for appearing in the GITAM GAT 2020, candidates will be able to download the admit card. GITAM GAT hall ticket is an important document for the candidates who wish to sit for the examination. No candidate will receive their GITAM GAT admit card through post or fax. Candidates are required to carry two copies of the GITAM GAT hall ticket. Along with the hall ticket of GITAM GAT, carry a photo identity proof (Passport/ Driving License/ EC Voter ID card/ IT PAN card / Aadhaar Card or School/ College photo-bearing ID card). Preserve the admit card of GITAM GAT to produce it at the time of counselling.

GITAM GAT Result 2020

Candidates can check their GITAM GAT Rank on April 25, 2020. The result of GITAM GAT will be declared online. No candidate will receive the GITAM GAT exam result through the post. Candidates who will qualify the exam will be allotted rank according to which they will get the call for participating in the counselling. The result will carry the information like rank, total marks obtained, qualifying status, and other details.

GITAM GAT Counselling 2020

After the declaration of the result, the admission authority will conduct the GITAM GAT counselling. The merit position of the qualified candidates will be prepared on the basis of their performance in the examination. Twenty-five per cent of the seats is reserved for the meritorious students from Karnataka State for admission at Bengaluru Campus.
