CEE has provided opportunities to the KEAM 2025 registered candidates to correct/change errors made in KEAM application form after submission. The KEAM form correction opportunity is provided only once, and the candidates have to correct any details within the available time frame. Certain details can be edited during the KEAM 2025 application form correction window, and not all details will be allowed to be changed/edited. KEAM 2025 Application Form Correction: CEE has started the KEAM 2025 application form correction facility for the registered candidates. The KEAM form correction can be done online only under the respective KEAM candidate portals at cee.kerala.gov.in for name, photo and signature only. Those candidates with any defects in these details in their KEAM application can view the defects by clicking the menu ‘Memo Details’ provided on the profile page under KEAM candidate login. Candidates can rectify the defects by uploading valid documents/Photos/Signatures. The KEAM application form correction window 2025 can be accessed under the KEAM candidate portal using the KEAM application number and password.

CEE opens the KEAM correction window for correction in name, photo and signature in the already submitted application for admission to Engineering/ Architecture/ Pharmacy/ Medical & Medical Allied courses through KEAM 2025.

How to correct name, photo and signature in KEAM form correction window?

  • To correct name, photo and signature in the already submitted KEAM application form, the candidates should enter the home page through the link ‘KEAM 2025-Application’ on the website, cee.kerala.gov.in by giving the Application Number and Password.
  • If the name, photo, or signature is incorrect on the profile, candidates must send a report about the problem to the CEE office via email at ceekinfo.cee@kerala.gov.in before the correction deadline.

Candidates can edit the following details when CEE open the KEAM form correction window:

Step 4: Before the last date of correction, candidates must make all the necessary changes and submit the final form.

Rectifying Defects in Name, Photo and Signature in KEAM 2025 Form

Candidates who have differences in their Name, Photo and Signature shown on the profile page with their actual name, photo, and signature can inform the matter through e-mail (ceekinfo.cee@kerala.gov.in).

Q:   How to complete the KEAM option registration and how can the registered options be saved/revised?
A:

All eligible options of the candidate will be displayed on the KEAM Option Registration Page. The candidate may follow the directions given therein to register the options. The data entered may be saved regularly by clicking the ‘Save’ button, so that the data already entered is not lost due to unexpected reasons.

The candidate should enter only those options in which they are interested. Candidates should also note that they will be considered for allotment only to those courses and colleges opted by them. So, a candidate who has not opted for a course-college combination will not be considered for allotment for that combination. Existing options, registered by the candidate which is available in the Option Registration Page, can be cancelled by clicking on the corresponding 'Delete' button. Changes (including deletions) made in the option list must be saved (by clicking on the SAVE button) before leaving the option registration page.

All the valid options registered by the candidate will be processed. If a candidate gets allotted a particular seat, based on his/her option, he/she is bound to accept it, failing which, they will lose that allotment as well as all the existing options in the stream to which the allotment belongs. The options once lost will not be available in the subsequent phases. 

Q:   What is the process of registering options in KEAM Option Registration Page?
A:

Candidates can register KEAM option by entering the option number for a course-college combination the candidate can fix their preference numbers for the course-college combinations displayed in the Option Registration Page. Here all the eligible options of the candidate will be displayed coursewise and the candidate is expected to enter their preference number for a particular combination.  

Q:   How to view and print KEAM option list based on the options registered?
A:

Once candidates complete KEAM option entry, they can view it by clicking on provided link. A list of options will get generated. Candidates can take its printout for future reference. If they want to change selected option, there is a way to revise options so that the option list has come as per preference.

KEAM Application Form Correction 2025: Important Instructions

Check some important instructions regarding KEAM form correction process:

  • Documents received by post/by hand/email will not be considered under any circumstances.
  • Candidates must fill out the form and correct any details in the form via their KEAM candidate portal only.
  • The KEAM 2025 form correction must be completed within the stipulated time frame.
  • While submitting the form, make sure the details are correct and valid.

KEAM 2025 Form Correction for Course Addition

CEE opens the KEAM correction window for the addition of the following courses in the already submitted application for admission to Engineering/ Architecture/ Pharmacy/ Medical & Medical Allied courses through KEAM 2025.

How to add courses in KEAM form correction window?

  • To add a new course(s) to the already submitted KEAM application form, the candidates should enter the home page through the link ‘KEAM 2025-Application’ on the website, cee.kerala.gov.in by giving the Application Number and Password.
  • Then by clicking the menu, ‘Add Course’, candidates can select and add courses.
  • The last date for course addition will not be extended under any circumstances. Candidate shall take utmost care while adding courses and complete the process within the prescribed time.
  • The application fee, if any, for the addition of courses to the existing application is to be paid online within the above date.

List of Courses that can be added in KEAM 2025 Form Correction Window

Q:   What is to be done in KEAM option registration process?
A:

A list of Course-College combinations available for allotments through the KEAM CAP will be displayed on the Option Registration page of the candidate based on the stream (s) the candidate is eligible for. For example, a candidate included only in the Engineering stream will see the Engineering courses together with the corresponding two-letter codes (Eg:- AE - Applied Electronics and Instrumentation, EC - Electronics and Communication Engineering etc.). Similarly, a candidate in the Medical Stream will see the Medical courses together with the corresponding two-letter codes (Eg:- MM-MBBS, MD-BDS, BA-BAMS etc.). A candidate eligible for both Engineering and Medical streams will see both Engineering and Medical courses. All the Colleges under the stream (s) applicable to the candidate will be shown with their respective three-letter codes (Eg:- TVE-College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram, TVM-Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram etc.). 

Q:   When will the KEAM application form 2026 release?
A:

The KEAM 2026 registration and application form release can be expected in February 2026. The online application form will be available on the official website of KEAM - cee.kerala.gov.in.

Q:   What is the KEAM registration 2026 last date?
A:

KEAM 2026 registration window will be open till January 31. Candidates have to complete the application process and the fee paymnet by the deadline.
