Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE), Tamil Nadu has been released the TNEA 2021 fee structure. Candidates must note that the TNEA fee structure 2021 may vary for different categories. There are norms for tuition fee concession announced along with the fee structure of TNEA 2021.

TNEA Fee Structure 2021 - Details
- The tuition fee will be collected as per Government norms.
- The hostel charges and transportation charges are given in this booklet
- The candidates are advised to note these charges before making a choice.
- Request for change from one college to another or change of branch will not be entertained
- Some of the colleges have not furnished complete information
- Those colleges may be contacted directly, if the candidates so desire
- The courses / branches indicated in this booklet are based on the information given by the respective colleges.
- Any change in the existing branches / intake or if approval is obtained from the competent authority for changes intake in the existing branches on for any new branches in colleges before the commencement of counseling, such of those details will be verified in the Affiliating University web portal.
- It is the responsibility of the candidates to note carefully such additional information before exercising their option for the college and branch.
- Mere inclusion in the booklet does not entitle the college to be included in the single window counseling for TNEA 2021.

The entire counseling procedure consists of various steps as given below:
- Filling of application and Certificate uploading
- Random Number Generation (by TNEA Authority)
- Certificates Verification through online
- Rank publication by TNEA Authority
- Payment of Initial Deposit
- Exercising the choices of institutions and Branches
- Publication of Tentative Allotment on a notified date by TNEA Authority
- Confirmation of allotment option
- Final allotment of institution and branch by TNEA Authority
- Finally reporting to the allotted Institutions at a specified date
