Faculty support at Galgotias University appears fairly structured. Students are assigned faculty advisors, and the university says they provide academic guidance, help with projects and research, and support students who need additional academic assistance.

Based on your rank of 57,000 in TS EAMCET, it  might be difficult to get into CSE program.

You can comfortably get admission into core or specialized emerging branches like Data Science, Mechanical, Civil, or EEE at Vignan Institute of Technology and Science.

Sorry, but the college has not published any placement data for specific departments.  Generally, at Alliance University, the average package of  B.Tech is around INR 8.50 LPA and median package ranges around INR 5.70 LPA.

With a 51 percentile in MHT CET you might have limited options for top-tier engineering programs. Since you already possess a specialized, high-value professional course, so I think repeating an engineering/technical entrance exam to join a lower-tier private college will take you a step backward.

Choosing college depends on which branch you are more interested in.

Both the colleges are well-reputed, I am sharing more details below based on which you can choose:

 MITSAcropolis Indore
It is an autonomous / govt-aided setup with higher brand recognition across MP. It is a reputed private institution affiliated with RGPV, located in Indore.
College has better institutional peer group, stronger alumni network and overall university reputation.College has direct access to the CSE curriculum, active placement drives focused heavily on IT/software roles
CONS: Electrical-related branches involve a tougher academic syllabus and fewer dedicated software placement opportunities on campus compared to core CSE.CONS: College has strict attendance rules.
