GATE Qualifying Cutoff: It is minimum mark a candidate must score so that he or she is eligible for admission. But this does not mean that a candidate is selected for admission. DOMS IIT Roorkee offers tuition fee waiver to students pursuing a course from the institute. Below is the criteria to avail the fee waiver:

Full Tuition Fee Waiver– It is offered to the most economically backward students having a family income of less than INR 1 LPA during the previous financial year or current assessment year.

2/3 Tuition Fee Waiver– It is available to economically backward students having a family income in the range of INR 1 LPA to INR 5 LPA during the previous financial year or current assessment year

Amrita School of Engineering in Coimbatore is part of the Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham and gives Engineering and Doctorate courses to students. The flagship programmes include BTech, MTech, and PhD. Amrita Coimbatore admission is conducted on the basis of the Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering (AEEE). For the M.Tech and PhD admissions, students have to appear for the GATE test. The NIT Rourkela GATE CCMT cutoff 2025 is determined based on a few key factors:

1. Total number of seats available: The cutoff primarily depends on the total number of seats available in medical colleges across the country for that particular year.
2. Number of candidates appearing for the exam: The larger the number of candidates appearing for NEET, the higher the competition and the higher the cutoff scores.
3. Difficulty level of the question paper: If the question paper is perceived to be difficult in a given year, the cutoff scores tend to be lower to account for the tougher exam. Conversely, an easier paper may result in higher cutoff scores.
4. Normalisation process: NEET UG uses a normalisation process to ensure fairness across multiple sessions of the exam. This normalisation takes into account the difficulty level of each session's question paper.

After analysing all these factors and ensuring a fair and equitable selection process, the final cutoff for each category is determined by SVNIT Surat, which is the governing body for CCMT admissions. The cutoff marks are published after the declaration of results.

As per the Shiksha verified reviews, the placement rate for DTU is 90%. The the highest international and domestic package offered during DTU placements 2025 was INR 1.8 Crore per Annum and 85 LPA.

Yes, IIT Guwahati is considered to be one of the top IITs. Although it is not as famous as IIT Delhi or Madras, the institute is ranked quite high for Engineering programmes. On the basis of NIRF 2025 report, IIT G ranked at #8. The top seven places were occupied by other IITs only. When compared with newer gen of IITs, it holds a better standing and status quo. After JEE session 2 is completed, only those candidates who are aiming for IITs need to start preparing for JEE Advanced after clearing JEE Main. IIT Dhanbad is a government institute. It was established in 1926 and was formerly known as the Indian School of Mines before its conversion into an IIT. The institute provides undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD programmes and the courses include BTech, MTech, MSc, MBA, Executive MBA, PhD, etc. under 18 departments. 

According to the placement report 2025 released by the Institute, NIT Warangal recorded placement rate of 79.3% in 2025. The the highest package offered during NIT Warangal placements 2025 was INR 64.3 LPA. The average and median package received by students in 2025 was INR 14.35 LPA and INR 12 LPA, respectively. Further,  290 companies visited the campus ad 1225 offers were made as well.

Admission criteria to National Institute of Technology Calicut is primarily entrance based and is different for all UG and PG programmes. To get into UG programmes, the eligibility criteria is the minimum aggregate in Class 12 or equivalent, along with entrance exams. However, the eligibility criteria to get into PG programmes is graduation in any discipline (this may vary from course to course), along with entrance exams.
