Yes, you can pursue an MA in English after a bachelor’s in any discipline. You don't need to have completed BA in English Literature for that. Make sure to secure at least 50% aggregate in your graduation from a recognised institution.

You can pursue MA English if you have completed a 3 year general BA. As long as you pass from a recognised university with at least a 45% score.
