CLAT Preparation in 2 Months: Common Law Admission Test 2027 is one of the most competitive law entrance exams in India. Every year, thousands of candidates appear for exam to get admission to undergraduate law programmes offered by National Law Universities (NLUs) and other participating institutions. Many of them begin their preparation months in advance, it is still possible to perform well with focused study plan if only two months are left before CLAT 2027. They only have to use their time wisely and prepare with clear strategy.

A well-planned 60-day CLAT 2027 preparation strategy can help cover syllabus, revise important topics, improve speed and build confidence before exam. Regular mock tests, daily revision, current affairs preparation and time management play an important role in scoring well. CLAT question paper has a total 120 comprehension-based multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Each question carries one mark. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer. Candidates must complete CLAT paper in two hours. Check table to know details

CLAT 2027 Preparation Strategy for Month 1 (First 15 to 20 Days)

After understanding CLAT syllabus and exam pattern, candidates should complete entire syllabus during first 15 to 20 days of their preparation. It is advisable to study for 8 to 10 hours a day and cover all important topics from each section. They should also practise past years' CLAT question papers to understand type of questions asked and improve their problem-solving skills.

While preparing, start with topics they find easier and are more confident about. This will help build confidence and maintain motivation before moving on to more difficult topics. Try to study at least three sections every day and divide time as per difficulty level of each subject. Make sure to spend at least two hours on each section for better preparation.

CLAT Preparation Strategy for Month 1 (next 10 to 15 days): Once candidates have completed entire CLAT syllabus, in remaining 10 to15 days should be devoted towards thorough revision of topics already studied.

Though CLAT Preparation takes months of practice, it is still not impossible. You can prepare for the CLAT Exam in one week with a correct and dedicated focus. But you should have at least some understanding of concepts to clear the exam. 

Q:   Is it tough to prepare for CLAT GK Section?
A: 

While it is bit challenging as its syllabus is not defined. Candidates can expect question on CLAT Current Affairs from anywhere. But if you do prepare well your chances to score high in this section also increases. The best way to prepare is to read the newspaper on a daily basis. Rest is to read GK books. 

Q:   How to prepare GK for CLAT?
A: 
Hi Paras, The strategy for the GA portion is: Current Affairs: The Hindu Newspaper + Daily current affairs through any good online website (bankers adda, Mrunal, Insight, etc.). Also, focus on business, sports, international, national, etc. news Static GK: A basic knowledge of History, Geography and Sciences will suffice.Try to focus more on Indian history. The world history questions are rarely asked. In geography, the emphasis should be laid on world and Indian geography. For science, please focus more on the day to day general science questions. Also, give due weightage to Inventors, discoveries and past Nobel prize winners etc.

CLAT 2027 Preparation Strategy for Month 2

Second month of CLAT 2027 preparation should focus on revision and regular practice. Candidates should solve as many previous years' question papers, sample papers as possible. This will help them become familiar with exam pattern. While attempting mock tests and CLAT question papers, always complete them within two-hour time limit. After each test, carefully analyse your performance instead of only checking score. Identify your strengths and weaknesses, note topics where you made mistakes and spend more time improving those areas. Regular revision and proper analysis of mock tests are important to performing well in CLAT.

  • This is highest-weightage section in CLAT exam and should be given extra attention

Logical Reasoning

No, candidates who apply for Sharda University, Greater Noida BA LLB (hons) admissions through CLAT-UG will not be required to appear in personal interview round. This round is part of SUAT and thus, CLAT-UG applicants skip the entire exam when applying through CLAT.

Yes, Sharda University, Greater Noida accepts SUAT for BA LLB (hons) admission. If candidates apply for SUAT, they must also participate in a personal interview round which is conducted after written test. This interview is not required for CLAT-UG.

Yes, CLAT-UG is a mandatory entrance exam for BCom LLB (hons) admission at Nirma University. This institute does not accept any other entrance exams for this course nor does it conduct any exams of its own for admission. Candidates can beginning applying once CLAT-UG registrations begin.

No, candidates who apply for BBA LLB (hons) admissions at NMIMS Mumbai through CLAT-UG are not required to appear in NLAT to qualify. 

During selection process, such candidates will be selected based on CLAT-UG scores only for BBA LLB (hons) admission.
