Legal Battle Over CLAT Results Continues
Several candidates had moved the Delhi High Court, questioning discrepancies in the final answer key and demanding a revised merit list. The court, which had earlier intervened and acknowledged errors in certain questions, was expected to deliver a ruling today. However, with the case now pushed to April 7, aspirants are left in limbo regarding counseling and admissions to prestigious NLUs.

Uncertainty Over Counseling Schedule
The counseling process for CLAT 2025, which was initially scheduled to begin in January, has been repeatedly delayed due to legal proceedings. With the latest deferral, the Consortium is unlikely to proceed with admissions until the High Court delivers a final ruling. This has caused anxiety among students, who are unsure about the next steps in their academic journey.
Students Express Frustration
Many CLAT aspirants have taken to social media, expressing frustration over the lack of clarity regarding their ranks and the delayed admission process. “This uncertainty is affecting our future. We just want a fair resolution soon,” said one candidate.
What’s Next?
The next hearing on April 7 will be crucial in determining whether the CLAT 2025 results will be revised or upheld. Meanwhile, candidates are advised to stay updated through official notifications from the Consortium of NLUs regarding any changes in the counseling schedule.

The last date to submit the application form is October 31, 2025. It must be noted that the consortium will open the application correction window after that. Sometimes the consortium do extend the last date for registration but it is better to fill the form way before and why to wait.
