The University of Delhi (DU) conducts LLB admission to the three-year LLB course offered at the Campus Law Centre, Law Centre-1 and Law Centre - 2 through CLAT Score. DU LLB Fee Structure Overview
The University has not specified the components of LLB Fee Structure, and the admission fee to be paid the counselling process is available as under:

According to the information bulletin, candidates belonging to the PwD category (with benchmark disabilities) will be exempted from payment of examination fees and other University fees. They only need to pay the Admission fee, subscription to Delhi University Students Union and Identity Card fee. For hostel accommodation also, candidates belonging to the PWD category are exempted from hostel fees, except refundable caution fee and the mess fees (only 50% mess fee to be paid).

Candidates after final selection are required to pay the course fee amount. The total fee consists of tuition fee, security deposit, etc. Some of these are one-time chargeable fees, while others have to be paid annually/semesterly.
All in all the DU BTech tuition fee is INR 4.32 lakh. This fee amount is taken from the university page/sanctioning body. It is still subject to change and hence, is indicative.
Total tuition fee for BA and BA (Hons) courses offered by University of Delhi ranges between approx. INR 361 - INR 2 lakh and it all depends on colleges and specialisations.
In reality total fee that a student is needed to pay is higher than 540 Indian Rupees. This is because there are other fee components also which are charged by DU colleges which include application fee, development charges, exam fee and other components.

The total tuition fee of MCA at the DU is INR 480. Candidates have to pay the admission/first semester fee after selection to confirm their seats. The course fee structure is inclusive of various components, such as security deposit, hostel fee, etc. The mentioned fee is as per the official website/sanctioning body. Yes, for some of them. Bahra lists scholarships based on JEE Main marks and CLAT rank, along with BUSET, CAT, MAT, and CUET percentile scores. I am not sure about NEET, so confirm that with the admissions office.

No you don't need to memorise every section. Focus on important concepts key provisions definitions and CLAT style application questions. Understanding legal principles is more important than memorising section numbers.
