The Symbiosis International (Deemed) University (SIU) has started SLAT registration 2027. Candidates can fill SLAT exam application form 2027 up to December 4, 2026. SLAT 2027 exam is scheduled to be held at the designated centres across country on December 19 & 26, 2026. Candidates need to fill as well as submit SLAT 2027 application form to appear for this exam. SIU require dandidates to upload relevant documents when they fill form. SLAT 2027 will be accepted by four SLSs namely SLS Pune, SLS Noida, SLS Hyderabad, and SLS Nagpur situated across nation.

SLAT registration 2027 is now live for candidates. The SLAT 2027 registration last date is December 4, 2026.
SLAT does not occur twice a year, but it takes place on two consecutive dates within the same session. Candidates have the option to appear in either or both. The best attempt from the two will be considered to prepare the merit list.
SLAT refers to the Symbiosis Law Admission Test which is conducted by the four SLSs (Symbiosis Law Schools) in India.
Both the exams, SLAT & CLAT are based on the 10+2 level syllabus and candidates may find both the exams' difficulty on the same level. The syllabus for both the exam also stands on a similar page and the exams consist of questions from Logical and legal reasoning, analytical reasoning, reading comprehension, & General Knowledge. Documents Required for SLAT 2027 Registration
Candidates who want to register for this law exam must keep following documents ready before applying:
- Scanned Passport-size photograph (Recent, clear JPEG/JPG format). Your photograph should not be more than 6 months old.
- Scanned Signature (Black/blue ink on white paper in JPEG format)
- Valid Email ID as well as mobile number
- Class 10 mark sheet
- Class 12 mark sheet (If passed)
These mandatory documents apply to candidates from all categories.

Other Documents Required During Later Stages of SLAT 2027 Admission
Candidates will also need other documents based on their category. Some documents are needed for entry on exam day as well. Check them below.
- Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD - if applicable, required during PI & Admission process)
- Domicile certificate (if you apply under state quota)
- BPL certificate (for BPL category applicants)

To be eligible for the SLAT exam, candidates should pass 10+2 exam from any recognised board. Candidates from the general or open category must have scored 45%.
SLAT exam authority uses University Grants Commission (UGC) guidelines for SLAT reservation policy. As per the exam authority, the total percentage of reserved seats for Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates is 15. The total percentage of seats reserved for Scheduled Tries candidates in SLAT is 7.5%. The exam authority has reserved 5% of seats for wards of Defence Personnel at Symbiosis Law School Pune. The reservation facility for wards of Defence personnel is not available at the other three Symbiosis Law Schools. Moreover, 3% of total seats are reserved for Different Able candidates in all SLSs through SLAT.
No, you will not be called for the Personal Interview (PI) round for Symbiosis Law Schools if you haven't cleared the SLAT exam. Candidates must note that SLAT scores are mandatory for shortlisting. You need to score above the cut-off to get a PI call, and you must attend all parts of the PI to be eligible for admission.
SLAT is conducted in two slots in a single year. Students can appear for both slots. SIU considers a higher score in both attempts for merit list preparation.

SLAT 2027 Eligibility
