The Allahabad High Court has stayed the Single Judge order directing a revision of the entire merit list of the CLAT 2026 exam for future counselling. The Consortium is released the revised CLAT Notification 2026, announcing the third merit list. Earlier, the Court had put a hold on CLAT UG Third Merit List 2026 after the directives given by the Allahabad High Court.

Yes, candidate can challenge CLAT Answer Key. The Consortium will release the provisional answer key for CLAT first after which it will open a window to invite objections. CLAT Passing Marks out of 120
The Consortium of NLUs does not release any passing marks for the CLAT exam. Candidates are always selected based on the merit rank. CLAT NLU Allotment is done based on the merit cum preference. However, those candidates who secure 85+ marks have a good chance of getting admission to top NLUs in the country.

How to Raise Objections on CLAT 2026 Answer Key ?
Candidates could raise objections on CLAT Answer Key against the questions/answers with which they were not satisfied on the official website. Check out the quick steps below:

- Login using registered mobile number and password.
- Click on the Submit Objections button.
- Select the type of objection (1) About the question or (2) About the answer key.
- Enter objection details.
- Click on submit button.
- Click on the Make Payment button to make a payment of INR 1,000 per question.
What is CLAT Answer Key 2026 Objection submission fee?
Candidates had to pay INR 500 for each objection raised. The fee will be refunded if the query raised is valid. Without paying the fees you can not raise objections.
