MBA HR is one of the most demanding and sought-after courses in today’s organizational scenario, where the expectation of employers regarding hiring candidates is purely based on the valuable skills and practical knowledge they own and not just the degree.
MBA HR, besides being a professional degree, is designed so that the curriculum equips one with all the necessary theoretical reasoning and practical exposure to face the upcoming organizational complexities and bind the organization well like an absolute HR Manager. The course is divided into 2 years consisting of 4 semesters, each of which is 6 months.
The syllabus includes topics like Principles of Management, HR Management, HR Development, HR Accounting, and Global HR Practices. To give some practical exposure and hands-on experience to the students there is a compulsory internship, live projects, and workshops and seminars with industry experts to boost one’s confidence and provide technical skills to them correctly.
