Preparation Tips for NMAT Logical Reasoning Section

List Topics: Candidates must start by obtaining knowledge of the topics that appear in the NMAT exam frequently. Additionally, one must analyse the strong and wek topics from the list.

Practice: There is no alternative to practicing the Logical Reasoning section of NMAT. Since there is no theoretical element in the section, the focus must be on the practice part. Along with sectional practice, candidates should take full-length mock tests as well.

Theory of Elimination: In case of difficulty landing at one answer, LR experst suggest to follow a theory of elimination. One must eliminate the options which they know are not correct to land at the answer.

Build a Reading Habit: Although it may seem that building a reading habit is meant for the Language Skills or Verbal Ability section, but it is equally important for the Logical Reasoning section. Reading improves comprehension skills which is important to answer questions in Logical Reasoning sets.

Divide your six months into three focused phases. Allot three months to thoroughly cover the NMAT syllabus. Dedicate two months to practice a minimum of 30 mock tests, and use the final month to revise formulas and concepts
