XAT 2024 exam was held on January 7, 2024 from 2 PM to 5:30 PM. The official XAT 2024 question paper was released on January 7, 2024, after the exam. This is the first time, XAT authorities have released the XAT question paper before answer key. Candidates appearing for XAT 2025 must check the official XAT 2024 question paper and answer keys to get an idea of the latest question type and difficulty level. XAT exam was moderately difficult. Overall, Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation section of the XAT 2024 were tough. This section of the XAT 2024 question paper was dominated by Arithmetic and there was on DI set.
Yes, solving XAT question papers of previous years, just a week before the exam will be helpful. By the last week of the exam, you would have completed your preparation and doing revision. While, doing revision, solving previous years' XAT question papers will be helpful in assessing strong and weak areas, as well as understanding which type questions have been asked previously and what can you expect. Basis that, and your strength and weakness, you can decide which questions to attempt and which to skip. Solving past years' XAT question papers will also boost your confidence.

XAT 2026 result will not be sent in email. However, XLRI will send an email to candidates informing them about the availability of scorecard and how to download it. Candidates must keep a check on their email account for result notification.

XAT 2026 result date has not been announced by XLRI. However, since the scorecards are released by the third week of January every year, the XAT result 2026 can also be expected to be released by January 17 or 20, 2026.

Yes, solving XAT question paper is of immense help in exam preparation as one can get an idea of the exam pattern, difficulty level of the questions, and learn time management. The XAT question papers of previous years also give you an idea of what type of questions (Reading Comprehension passages and poem) are asked in XAT. In fact, preparation of Decision Making section is totally dependent on XAT question papers.
