According to the experts, the difficulty level of the exam was moderate to tough. There was an equal distribution of questions from Class 11 and Class 12 NEET syllabus. Physics
This was the toughest section in the NEET paper. The questions were calculation-intensive, which made the section lengthy and time-consuming. The topic-wise question distribution and difficulty level are presented in the below table.

NEET 2020 scores will be accepted by 529 medical colleges and 313 dental colleges across India offering 75,893 and 26,693 seats respectively. he NEET 2020 answer keys (provisional) are expected to be released in the last week of September and the final answer key will be released in the first week of October.
