CGBSE Second Main Exam 2025 for Class 10, 12: The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has announced the official dates for the CGBSE Class 10, 12 Second Main Exam 2025. Students must note that the Board has also released the application details for the CGBSE second main board examination 2025 Class 10 and Class 12. Chhattisgarh Board Second Exam 2025 is another opportunity for students for academic improvement introduced in line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
Interested candidates may submit their CGBSE 10th 12th Exam 2 applications through the official CGBSE channels, depending on their student category. Students must note that details of the application procedures and links will be available through the official website of CGBSE, i.e., https://cgbse.nic.in.
According to the official CGBSE result 2025 data, the Class 10 pass percentage stood at 76.53%. Whereas, for Class 12, the pass percentage stood at 81.87%.
CGBSE Class 10, 12 Board Exam 2 Application Dates 2025
According to the official CGBSE notification, the Chhattisgarh Board Exam 2 applications begin on May 20, 2025. Students may check the complete schedule below:
- Application Dates without Late Fees- May 20, 2025 β June 10, 2025
- Application Dates with Late Fees- June 11, 2025 β June 20, 2025
- Application Dates with Special Late Fees β June 21, 2025 - June 30, 2025

According to the Chhattisgarh Board, all students who appeared for the CGBSE first main exam 2025 are eligible to appear for the CGBSE Board Exam 2 2025 Class 10, 12, whether they have passed, failed, or are willing to improve their board result.
It must be noted that the applications must be sent through the official channel, i.e.
- Regular Students must send their applications through their respective schools.
- Students under Credit Scheme must apply for the Second Exam through Forwarding Institute.
