What is RBSE 10th Board Exam?
The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE), Ajmer, conducts the Rajasthan Board Class 10 examinations every year in February and March. All the students who clear Class 9 examinations from any recognised board can apply for RBSE Class 10 examinations. Applications for RBSE Class 10 are offline. The applications can be obtained through the respective schools. The RBSE 10th exams carry a total of 100 marks, and a student needs to secure at least a minimum of 33% in order to pass the exam. Every year, approximately 10 lakh students appear in RBSE 10th exams.
The RBSE class 10 board exams will be conducted twice a year from the academic session 2026-27. All students will need to appear for the first RBSE 12th main exams mandatorily. However, appearing in the RBSE 12th second main exams will not be mandatory for all the students. Students who want to improve their marks in a maximum of 3 papers can appear for the 2nd main exams.
