AIL LET Result 2026 (OUT): Direct Link to Download Scorecard, Total Marks & Avg Score

AIL LET 2026 Result has been published online. Since the whole admission process is completely online nothing will be published offline. 

You can check the Army Institute of Law LET 2026 results on ail.ac.in. Candidates can check the results by entering their login details. The results has been published online only.

If you don't score above the cutoff in AIL LET, you will have to follow one of the steps mentioned below:

1. Participate in Subsequent Counseling Rounds:

• If seats remain vacant after the initial allotment, subsequent rounds of counseling are conducted. Cutoffs may lower in these rounds, providing a chance to secure a seat.
• Stay updated on the official website for counseling schedules and participate in all rounds for which you are eligible.

2. Explore Colleges Outside Punjab:

• Consider applying to law colleges in other states that accept scores from AIL LET or have their own entrance exams, or 
• Research colleges with good reputations and courses that align with your interests.

3. Retake the Exam in the Next Year:

• If you're determined to get into a specific college or course, prepare thoroughly and retake the AIL LET exam in the following year.
• Analyze your previous performance, identify areas for improvement, and dedicate time to focused preparation.

The AIL LET counselling process consists of steps that candidates need to follow to secure admission into the BA LLB (Hons.) programme offered by the Army Institute of Law, Mohali. These steps are listed below:

1. Online Application/Registration for counselling
2. Document Verification
3. Release of Merit List
4. Counselling and Seat Allotment
5. Fee Payment and Admission

There are three main categories of candidates under the Wards of Army Personel in the AIL LET eligibility. The applicants accordingly must fall under one of the following categories:

(a) Army Personnel ( Certificate No. I)

(b) Adopted/Step Ward and Ward of Remarried Widows (Certificate No. I & II)

(c) Eligibility Criteria in Special Cases (Certificate No. III)

Candidates who meet the following criteria come under the Wards of All India General Category Other than Punjab Residents in AIL LET eligibility criteria:

(a) Children of citizens of India or persons of Indian origin, who intend to settle permanently in India and have obtained citizenship before admission to AIL

(b) Residential Proof: Domicile Certificate of the state to which student belongs (other than from the state of Punjab)

The items allowed during the AIL LET exam are Pens and Water in a transparent bottle. Carry a Photo ID proof with the admit card.

The AIL LET 2025 will be conducted in three cities of Haryana, namely, Ambala, Chandigarh and Faridabad. Students can make their preference for the test cities while filling out the AIL LET application form. To know the exact test centre address, check your AIL LET admit card.
