AIL LET 2026 Centres: AIL will announce the AIL LET 2026 exam centres along with the application notification. Candidates will be able to choose the preferred locations as AIL LET 2026 test centres while filling up the application form. AIL will allot the nearest location as the exam centre for AIL LET 2026 as per availability. The exam will be held in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. Candidates will be required to report to their allotted test centres at least an hour before the exam timings. There will be around 50 exam centres for AIL LET exam. The AIL LET eligibility criteria 2026 are mentioned below: 

A candidate who has passed 10+2 examination from Punjab School Education Board or any other equivalent examination recognized as such by the Punjabi University, Patiala, securing at least 45% marks vide Punjabi University Letter No.216468/Meeting-4 dated 7 May 2004. The applicants who have obtained 10+2 through open university systems directly, without having any basic qualifications for pursuing such studies, are not eligible for admission in Law Courses.

Q:   Which items are prohibited to be carried during AIL LET exam?
A: 

The following items are prohibited during the AIL LET exam: 

  • Electronic devices, including mobile phones, calculators, smart watch, tablets, earphones and headphones, camera and other gadgets. 
  • Reference materials, such as books, sample papers and blue prints books
  • Food and beverages other than water are not allowed during the exam

As already mentioned above, the details regarding the allotted test centre are mentioned on the AIL LET 2026 admit card. Candidates can download the admit card in online mode; it will be released a few weeks before the conduct of the exam. AIL LET 2026 Exam day Guidelines

Below are some of the AIL LET 2026 exam-day guidelines-

  • Reach the examination center at least an hour before the scheduled start time. 
  • Gates closes 15-30 minutes before the exam starts. Latecomers will not be allowed to enter.
  • Carry the printed copy of your admit card along with the valid ID proof.
  • Candidates must have a passport-sized photograph.
  • Participants must have a black or blue ballpoint pen to mark answers on the OMR sheet.
  • Follow the invigilator’s instructions and do not start the exam before the signal is given.
  • Do not talk to other candidates during the examination; it can lead to disqualification.
  • Do not carry bags, notes, or papers to the exam hall.
  • Use of unfair means or involvement in any malpractice will result in immediate disqualification.
  • Do not carry any electronic devices as they are strictly prohibited.
