NMIMS LAT Eligibility Criteria 2026
To be eligible to apply for the NMIMS LAT 2026, candidates have to meet the NMIMS LAT eligibility criteria. Students who meet all the given conditions will be eligible to appear for the NMIMS Law Aptitude Test 2026.
- Candidates should pass Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board in any stream with at least 50 per cent aggregate
- Candidates who have passed Class 12 from the International Baccalaureate (IB) board should be either IB certificate/ & DP awarded with a minimum of 24 total credits, having passed 3 HL and 3 SL mandatorily from any stream
- In case the marksheet issued by the relevant board is in percentile, the actual aggregate percentage of all the subjects in which the candidate has appeared will be taken into consideration
- Candidates who are ungraded/failed in any subject mentioned in the marksheet are not eligible to apply for the exam
- Candidates appearing for the final Class 12 exams are also eligible to apply. However, such candidates will need to fulfil the above criteria within the given stipulated time.
