NEET PG 2025 round-3 counselling is underprocess. Registration for round-3 counselling was started on January 15, 2026. MCC began choice filling a day after registration. Deadline for round-3 MCC NEET PG counselling 2025 registration and choice filling is January 26, 2026. Students can register and declare choices online at mcc.nic.in. Based on registration and declared choices, seat processing for round-3 counselling will begin on January 27, 2026.

Seat matrix for round-3 NEET PG 2025 counselling has already been released. A total of 292 new seats have been added. In addition, total 10, 101 clear vacancies and 18,076 are there for round-3 seat matrix. Earlier, MCC revised dates for round-3 following reduction of NEET PG 2025 cutoff for AIQ seats. Reduced cutoff has led huge contrversy and matter has even reached to Supreme Court. A petition has been fillled in apex court.
