Each university sets its eligibility criteria, but CUET scores are a primary criterion for admission. Exceptions may exist for certain specialised programs or institutions, but for most central universities, CUET is now an essential requirement for UG admissions.
For admission in Universities through CUET UG 2026, the policies regarding quota, category, relaxation, reservations, qualification, subject combinations, preferences etc of the respective University / Institution shall be applicable. For appearing in CUET exam there is no age limit, however, candidates must check the age criteria (if any) prescribed the university in which candidate is desirous of taking admission.

CUET UG counselling process schedule is announced by the participating universities after the declaration of CUET results. The process will be conducted separately by the universities and it will not be a centralised counselling system. The CUET 2025 counselling process will have the following stages:
- Each participating institute will release its individual rank list of candidates who are eligible to participate in the counselling process of CUET 2025.
- Candidates will have to register online and then appear in online counselling followed by offline counselling.
- Upon seat allotment, candidates will have to pay the admission fee and report to institutes to accept the admission offer.
CUET UG 2025 counselling is being conducted seperately by each participating institute. CUET 2025 accepting colleges/universities releases the CUET UG 2025 counselling application form. Candidates must fill the application form to appear for the admission process. On the basis of the details entered by the candidates, merit list or cut off list is prepared. Central University of Jharkhand CUET 2026 Application Process
To get admission at CU Jharkhand through CUET 2026, candidates must fill out the online admission form. The university releases the admission form in the third week of July on the official website. After submitting the application form, candidates have to pay the CU Jharkhand counselling fee and upload the required documents to complete the admission process. Candidates who meet the CUET eligibility criteria set by university can participate in counselling.

- Date of birth (as per CUET application form)
- Captcha code
5. Enter the OTP received on th registered mobile number to verify your account and add new password.

7. Upload all relevant documents, including scanned copies of a passport-size photo, signature, and other mandatory documents.
8. Pay the online application fee based on the category.
