Aspirants who will appear for CUET exam 2026 will be required to visit the official website of CUET participating universities/colleges to check the merit list. Notably, the CUET 2026 merit list will be published in the form of pdf on the official website of the participating universities/colleges.
CUET Merit List
CUET merit list 2026 will be released by the paticipating universities. Candidates will be able to check and download the CUET UG 2026 merit list from the CUET accepting university official website. Merit list will be released soon after the CUET results 2026 are declared and counselling registration process is completed. Students who will appear for CUET UG 2026 must first register for the desired universities CUET counselling round and select the course preference. Based on CUET test taker's score and courses preferences, colleges and course will be alloted.
CUET counselling 2026 will commence in second week of July 2026. Candidates must be updated with the CUET admission 2026 schedule of accepting universities soon after the declaration of results. CUET UG 2026 result will be declared tentatively in first week of July 2026.

Candidates can check the CUET 2026 allotted exam centre upon release of CUET intimation slip and CUET admit card. Only candidates who will fill the CUET application form along with the successful application fee payment will be able to download the intimation slip for CUET exam. The name of exam centre will be mentioned on the intimation alip in advance to help candidates make preparations accordingly. The CUET 2026 admit card is expected to release three to four days prior to the day of examination in online mode. Yes, CUET UG exam 2026 date has been announced. National Testing Agency has scheduled CUET 2026 exam from May 11 to May 31, 2026. CUET Merit List Vs CUET Cut Off
CUET merit list and CUET cut off are two different aspects of selection process. Check the details below:
CUET UG General Test 2026 exam will be held between May 11 and May 31, 2026. NTA has not released CUET UG 2026 datesheet online. Candidates can know their subject-wise CUET schedule on CUET intimation slip and admit card. Candidates can also check the exam date, time and slot number.
To appear for the CUET UG exam, candidates must ensure to follow the below mentioned dress code:
- Candidates must not wear long sleeve clothes.
- Candidates wearing cultural/customary dress must report at the CUET exam centre one hour before the reporting time.
- Candidates must wear slippers or sandals with low heels. Shoes will not be permitted inside exam centre.
- In case of any circumstances, candidates must take the approval of NTA before the release of CUET admit card.
CUET UG 2026 exam will be held a Computer Based Test. In this mode of examination, candidates will have to report at the alloted CUET exam centre. Applicants will have to take exam on computer screens only. The screen will display the questions and candidates can select the correct option and save changes.

CUET counselling 2026 for accepting colleges will commence after declaration of results. NTA will declare CUET 2026 results will be announced in first week of July 2026 at cuet.nta.nic.in. Based on the scores obtained in CUET 2026 exam, candidates will be shortlisted. Only shortlisted candidates will be able to appear for the CUET counselling 2026 for accepting colleges.
