Allahabad University admission through CUET UG 2026 will commence tentatively in third week of July 2026. AU has released the official notification for CUET UG 2026 admissions. For admission to its undergraduate programs across its 12 constituent colleges students must appear for CUET English or CUET Hindi and CUET General Test for admissions. Register for CUET UG

CUET UG registration is important for applying to AU UG program. All the details such as date of birth, name of the candidate, gender, Caste, UG course selected and etc. will be auto-integrated from the CUET application form. Candidates must ensure to enter the details carefully while filling the CUET UG application form.

Appear for CUET UG exam as per the subjects studied in Class 12^th

Candidates must make sure to select CUET language- English or Hindi and CUET General test along with ONE domain subject aligning with subject studied in class 12th. Candidates must appear for the exam on the given date, time, and exam centre. The CUET UG 2026 exam will be held in CBT format, wherein candidates have to report at the allotted exam centre on the day of the examination. Candidates must make sure to follow the exam day guidelines to avoid any disqualifications.

Fill the AU CUET Counselling 2025 Registration Form

Candidates applying for the Undergraduate program of Allahabad University must keep a scan or copy of the required documents/ certificates on his or her laptop/desktop. Candidates are advised to remember their NTA CUET UG application number and password to begin filling the AU admission form. Check the list of documents required in jpg or pdf format to fill AU CUET counselling registration form. After entering the details candidates must ensure to check the details entered before the final submission.

AU registration Fee

Generate Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) ID

Candidates must generate the Academic Bank of Credit (ABC) ID by visiting the official website- abc.gov.in. Candidates must follow the steps mentioned below to get the ABC ID

1. Go to link provided- www.abc.gov.in
2. Click on the tab ‘My account’ on the right side of the web page.
3. Now select ‘student’ tab from the dropdown.
4. Candidates having Digilocker account can log in by entering the details and OTP. Candidates not having an account on Digilocker must register using their mobile number and Aadhar card number.
5. After signing in, select the University tab and select Allahabad University from the dropdown.
6. Complete the registration process
7. Note the ABC ID.

Release of AU CUET Cut Off

Seat Allocation and Admissions

Allahabad University will consider CUET UG score to calculate the merit scores as per the program-specific eligibility. Candidates who do not have caste-supporting documents will not be eligible for admission to UG program of AU. Basis the preference entered by the candidate and the availability of seats, the computer will allocate the seats at AU.

Upgrade or Choice Locking

• Candidates who have paid the admission fee and have been verified must lock the allotted college.
• If the candidates want to float or upgrade for higher preferences, they must not lock it.  

Obtain a Provisional Admission Letter

Once candidates receive provisional admission, they are required to visit the counselling location to collect their admission letter from the AU admissions officer. Within the provisional AU admission letter, students must meticulously review essential details like the admission fee and the deadline for payment. Being attentive to this crucial information will ensure a smooth and well-informed enrollment process for the students.

Payment of Fee

After obtaining the admission letter, candidates must pay the balance fee using the link provided on the dashboard. If there will be a surplus fee, the amount will be refunded. After the payment of the AU fee, candidates must report at the respective faculty/department on the mentioned date along with the admission letter and other original documents.
