As per the VIT Vellore fee structure, the total tuition fee for MTech ranges between INR 1.6 lakh - INR 4.9 lakh as per the official sources. Aspirants are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Aspirants will also need to pay a registration fee to apply for admission. The institute offers a full-time M.Tech in 22 specialisations of Engineering. A few of the top specialisations include Computer Science and Engineering, VLSI Design, CAD/ CAM, Biotechnology, Automotive Electronics, and Manufacturing Engineering, among others. The VIT Vellore M.Tech admission process is completely entrance-based. Candidates are offered admission based on VITMEE exam, which is conducted at the university-level by VIT. The total tuition fee for VIT Vellore BTech ranges between INR 4.9 lakh and 7.8 lakh. The total course fee, includes a caution deposit of INR 3,000 as well. The fee will vary as per the specialisation selected by the candidates. BTech is available in 24 specialisations, namely Computer Science and Engineering (Bioinformatics), Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, etc. Aspirants are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats.
