Admission to VIT BTech course is based on VITEEE score, followed by a counselling round. Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination is conducted by the Vellore Institute of Technology every year for admission to undergraduate engineering courses (BTech) of participating institutes. Yes, the placement cell of VIT Vellore support students in grabbing international internship opportunities. The students becomes eligible for placements and internship programmes in their fifth semester. As per the VIT official website, the placement centre place an average of 10 students every year in top MNCs. VIT Vellore campus life is almost the same as any other college in North India as per the various reviews of the college students online. The authorities will consider various factors while preparing the VITEEE cutoff, such as the previous years' cutoff trend, difficulty level of exam, the number of applicants and more. No, offline payment will not be accepted for VITEEE 2026 application fee. Candidates have to use online method i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. No other mode of payment will be accepted by authorities. If the candidates fail to make the payment before the final date, then their application will be rejected and they will not be allowed to participate in the entrance exam.
Admission to VIT Vellore courses is based on the entrance test and merit. Programmes like BTech, MTech, MBA, MCA admisison is based on entrace test scores, therefore it is important to score good marks in the test. Also, students need to meet the minimum admission criteria.

The official VITEEE 2026 dates will be released soon. The schedule should be checked regularly so that the students can be updated with the important examination and admission events. If any date is changed or postponed, the authorities will announce it online. Therefore, the candidates are advised to remain updated with the VIT 2026 schedule at the official website.
Candidates will be able to access their VITEEE result online at vit.ac.in. To download the VITEEE result, the candidates will have to log in using their application number and password. The authorities will not use any other mode to release the VIT result.
