VIT Vellore BTech scholarships include merit-based scholarships which are decided by the VIT management. VIT Vellore scholarships include the Smt. Rajeswari Viswanathan Memorial Scholarship which is offered by the institute to meritorious students from economically weak backgrounds.

Candidates should have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% (50% for SC/ST/applicants hailing from Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and the North-Eastern states) in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the qualifying examination (Class 12 or equivalent) from a recognised board to apply for the BTech course. The official VITEEE 2026 dates will be released soon. The schedule should be checked regularly so that the students can be updated with the important examination and admission events.
