NSAT 2025 exam was conducted for admission to the current academic year. Candidates had to apply for admission by filling the online registration form and appearing for NSAT. The institute conducts NSAT and GD/PI in various phases. The NSAT exam is conducted in online mode. Candidates having JEE Main and CUET UG scores can also apply for UG admission. Q:   What is the application fee for NSAT exam?
A: 

NSAT application fee is INR 1100. The fee is to be paid at the time of form submission. There is no relaxation in fee amount for any candidate. Candidates must ensure that they pay the NSAT fee before the application window closure deadline to be eligible for the exam. The fee can be paid through debit/credit card, net banking or e-wallets.

Q:   What is the eligibility criteria for NSAT?
A: 

NSAT is conducted for admission to UG courses, thus the minimum eligibility criteria is class 12 or equivalent pass. The candidate must have scored a minimum of 50 percent in their class 12 exam. For, BBA, BBA LLB course, the stream of education can be ARrts, Commerce or Science. BTech applicants must have completed their class 12 from Science stream (with maths).

What is NSAT?

NIU Scholarship cum Admission Test or NSAT is a common entrance test for admission to Noida International University’s various undergraduate and postgraduate courses like B Tech, BBA, BA LLB, BBA LLB, BTech+MTech, BBA+MBA, BAJMC courses. NSAT 2025 will be conducted for registered candidates along with the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) after successful registration on the official website. For non-technical programmes, admission process consists only of GD/PI.

NSAT Eligibility Criteria

  • The candidate must have scored at least 50 per cent aggregate in Class 12 or equivalent from a recognized board or university, in the relevant education stream.
  • Those who have appeared for the Class 12 exam are also eligible to apply. However, their admission will be provisional. They have to submit Class 12 certificate before the deadline set by the university

Q:   What is the syllabus of NSAT exam?
A: 

NSAT syllabus for BBA, BA LLB and BBA LLB courses include all the important topics of English/Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning & General Awareness. NSAT syllabus for BTech includes Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology. Candidates planning to appear for NSAT, must study all the topics included in the syllabus for up to Class 12 level.

Q:   What is NIU admission process through NSAT?
A: 

NIU admission process through NSAT includes shortlisting of candidates for counselling, conduct of counselling round and final selection. Candidates who meet NSAT cut off or CUET cut off, are shortlisted for admission and a provisional merit list is released. Selected candidates are then required to reserve seat by paying 50 percent of the semester fee. The remaining fee is to be paid within a month to confirm admission.

Q:   Is NSAT mandatory for admission to NIU?
A: 

No, NSAT or NIU Scholarship cum Admission Test is not mandatory for NIU admission. The institute also accepts CUET for technical programmes. If a candidate has CUET score they can directly seek admission to NIU through counselling. However, if a candidate wishes to appear for NSAT and use its score for admission, they are allowed to do so.

NSAT 2025 Selection Process

NIU admission process includes NSAT and Counselling. Candidates who clear the NSAT exam have to participate in the counselling process which includes GD/PI to confirm a seat at the institute. Read below the step by step process:

STEP 1: NSAT 2025 application form

Interested candidates can apply for NSAT by filling the application form online as well as offline. The NSAT application form fee is INR 1,100 as application fee.

STEP 2: NSAT 2025 admit card

NSAT 2025 admit card was sent to each registered candidate through email once their application form was received by the admission cell. Upon successful verification of candidate's eligibility, the admit card were emailed within a week. The NSAT admit card is a mandatory document to be carried to the exam hall.

STEP 3: NSAT 2025

NSAT is conducted in online mode and the exam dates will be shared with candidates upon registration. Candidates have to attempt the exam and solve the questions within a time limit. The format of questions is MCQ from the relevant subjects in Class 11 and 12, for BBA.

STEP 4: NSAT 2025 results

NSAT results will be announced online. Test takers will receive their scorecards in email. The scorecard will contain candidate's details and marks (sectional and overall). Candidates are advised to keep a check on their email inbox for scorcard. 

STEP 5: NSAT Counselling

As part of the NSAT counselling process, the university will issue an offer of admission or provisional admission letter if student qualifies in the entrance test. The student selected for admission will be required to reserve his/her seat by paying minimum 50 per cent of the semester fee immediately failing which the seat can be allotted to other student.

The fee paid against Reservation of seat is non-refundable/non-transferable. Registered students are suggested to pay the balance fee mentioned in their provisional admission letter within 30 days of their reservation of seat to confirm their admission failing which the allotted seat can be transferred to the waiting list students.

Q:   How do I check NSAT result?
A: 

NSAT result is shared with candidates in email. Those who appear for the exam receive their scorecard in email as attachment. Test takers must keep a check on their registered email ID for NSAT result. Incase, a candidate does not get the result on time they must check their spam/junk folder. They can also contact the examination body to obtain their result.

Q:   Where can I download NSAT admit card from?
A: 

NSAT admit card is issued to candidates soon after they have successfully registered for the exam. The admit card is generated after form submission and it available in candidate dashboard. NSAT admit card is a mandatory document to be carried to the test centre. Candidates must ensure they download a copy of their admit card and save it in email or a folder.
