AIFD WAT Application Form 2025 (OPEN): Direct Link, Step-wise Application Process, Fees

Candidates can go through the steps they need to follow to fill out the online application form for AIFD WAT below:

Step 1: Registration

Visit the official website of the Army Institute of Fashion and Design (AIFD) and click on the Admission 2025 link. The exam portal will open. Now click on 'New Registration'. Fill out the application form by providing your name, mobile number, email ID, marital status, etc. A login ID and password will be generated.

Step 2: Pay the Application Fee

Now candidates will have to pay the application fee, which is INR 1000. After completion of successful payment, candidates had to Re-login and fill remaining application form, Upload necessary documents as mentioned above and submit the application form.

Candidates had to provide the details mentioned below in the remaining application form:

• Personal details: This includes writing personal details such as name, father’s name, mother’s name, nationality, marital status, date of birth, and gender.
• Education details: Here, candidates need to enter details such as name of last qualifying exam, year of passing, percentage obtained, etc.
• Correspondence details: Here, candidates need to put their complete address (permanent and postal) for any future correspondence from the institute’s side.
• Declaration: Here, candidates need to sign a declaration given at the end of the application form.
• Character verification details: In this section, candidates need to give the name and contact details of a person whom AIFD will call for their character verification.
• Photograph and Signature: Finally, candidates need to affix a duly-attested passport-size photograph of 4.5 X 3.5 cm and put a signature in the space provided. It may be noted that the form also requires the signature of the candidate’s local guardian/ parent.

Step 4: Attach the Documents Required

Candidates need to take a print out of documents like certificate no 1 (if applicable), certificate no 2 (if applicable) or certificate no 3 (if applicable), Willingness Certificate, a declaration by the parent, medical fitness, etc from the official website and then upload the duly filled and signed documents before submitting the form.

Step 5: Submit AIFD Application Form

Once all details in the application form are filled and the necessary documents are uploaded candidates can submit the form online.
