UCEED Draft Answer Key 2026 (OUT): Part A Answer Key PDF Link, Objection Window (OPEN till Jan 22)

To be considered for seat allocation, foreign national candidates must meet all the eligibility requirements.

UCEED seat allotment for foreign nationals will be held online. Eligible candidates may apply 

The candidate is urged to go through the admission process carefully. Read the details given in the admission brochure.

If you are appearing in the qualifying examination (Class XII or equivalent) in 2026 you must ensure the following:

• (a) all parts of their final examination are completed by the date of application for admission, and
• (b) submit proof of having passed the qualifying examination with required eligibility by September 30, 2026 to the admitting institute.

UCEED 2026 Application was open from October 01, 2025, on the official website. Last date to apply with regular fees was on November 05, 2025. Candidates who met the prescribed eligibility criteria were able to apply for admission.

UCEED 2026 final answer key will be released by IIT Bombay on January 28, 2026. Final key will be released after considering objections filed by candidates against the draft key. There is no option to challenge final key. 

The answer key download link will be updated on the official website of UCEED 2025 on January 21, 2025.

Go to the portal, and clikc on the answer key download link. The answer key will be displayed in downloadable pdf-format. Download the key.

Note no log-in is required to download the answer key.

In UCEED 2025 answer key, aspirants can go through the question number and the corresponding correct answers for the questions asked in NAT, MSQ, and MCQ section of Part A of the exam.

Note that the answer key will be released only for Part A. No keys will be released for Part A. This is because there are no model solutions for the objective-based Part B question paper.

UCEED 2026 question paper will be released along with the draft answer key on January 20, 2026. Candidates can download the question paper from the IIT Bombay - UCEED admission portal.

Candidates can use the question paper with the answer key to calculate the number of correct attempts. Finally, the candidate can calculate the probable scores and thus chances of admission.

Objections/ comments against the draft UCEED 2026 answer key can be submitted from January 20, 2026 till January 22, 2026.

The objections have to be made through the candidate portal. To file an objection, select the question number or answer key, and upload supporting documents. 

The UCEED question paper will be of 3 hours and include two parts - The computer-based Part A and the offline-based Part B. It is mandatory for candidates to appear in both the paper. 

Also, Part B paper answer booklets will only be evaluated if the candidate qualifies Part A. IIT Bombay will release the cut-off marks for Part A before the declaration of results. 

Part A will include the following types of questions: Numerical Answer Type (NAT) Multiple Select Question (MSQ) Multiple Choice Question (MCQ). Part A will now include 57 questions.

Meanwhile, Part B will include 2 questions; this includes a sketching-based and an aptitide-based question.

Here are a few reasons why the UCEED answer key is important:

• By viewing UCEED answer key and question paper, aspirants can determine their score in the design entrance exam.
• The answer key brings credebility to the examination process
• Since the candidate is also given the option to challenge an answer key, wrong scoring will be elimiated to a large extent.

Candidates can download question paper for UCEED exam by going to Download section. Then click on UCEED question paper on website. They are available for download in PDF. No login credentials are required to download the Question paper.

Draft answer key for UCEED 2026 will be released on January 20, 2026.  It will only be released for Part A of the exam. No answer keys will be released for UCEED Part B.
