Gujarat Education Minister Bhupendrasinh Chaudasma has announced that GUJCET 2021 dates will be announced after NEET and JEE Main 2021 exam. GUJCET 2021 will be conducted after JEE Main.
The entrance exam for admission to professional degree courses like engineering and pharmacy in Gujarat will be conducted after JEE Main 2021 exam. Bhupendrasinh Chaudasma, Gujarat Education Minister has said that the dates for GUJCET 2021 exam will be announced after the JEE Main and NEET exams. Candidates are advised to check the official website gujcet.gseb.org for further updates related to details on GUJCET, he added.
GUJCET 2021 has been delayed due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The exam is generally conducted in the month of May but had to be delayed to the massive Coronavirus spread. GUJCET application form 2021 is also expected to be released soon.

Students interested in taking admission in engineering degree courses have to appear in GUJCET exam. GUJCET 2021 will be conducted in offline mode as pen-paper based test across various cities of the state. The allotment of seats will be done through online counselling conducted by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses on the basis of candidates performance in the exam.
The class 10 and 12 board exams in Gujarat have also been cancelled following centres’ decision of cancelling CBSE board exams. The result for both class 10 and 12 will be prepared as per the centres’ criteria and guidelines. The result for class 10 is expected to be announced by the end of June, said Bhupendrasinh.
