Although no official instructions have been issued to the candidates for the dress code by GSEB, boys and girls are expected to follow certain dress code guidelines. The GUJCET exam will have three papers - Physics & Chemistry, Biology and Maths. The physics & chemistry exam will be held from 10 am to 12 noon. The Biology exam will be conducted from 1 pm to 2 pm, and the Maths paper will be held from 3 pm to 4 pm. For each paper, the entry at the exam hall will start 30 minutes before the exam starts.

GUJCET Dress Code 2026 for Females
Check some appropriate dress code-related instructions for female candidates appearing for the GUJCET 2026 exam:
- Wear simple clothing. Avoid embellishments and metallic buttons.

No entry with GUJCET hall ticket: Without the GUJCET admit card 2026, no entry will be given in the examination hall.
Calculators are allowed at the GUJCET exam hall: Only the hall ticket and a simple calculator will be allowed in the examination hall. Any type of material, such as a textbook, any reference literature, slide rules, printed or handwritten log table, Xeroxed writing, chits, cellular phone, pager or any type of instrument or literature, will not be allowed in the examination hall.
Simple pen is allowed: The candidate will have to bring a good-quality black ball point pen for filling the information and answers in the answer-sheet.
Candidates can not exit the exam hall between exams: The candidate will not be allowed to leave the examination hall unless and until the examination is over.
