Although no official instructions have been issued to the candidates for the dress code by GSEB, boys and girls are expected to follow certain dress code guidelines. Check some appropriate dress code-related instructions for female candidates appearing for the GUJCET 2026 exam:

Any type of material, such as a textbook, any reference literature, slide rules, printed or handwritten log table, Xeroxed writing, chits, cellular phone, pager or any type of instrument or literature, will not be allowed in the examination hall.
Simple pen is allowed: The candidate will have to bring a good-quality black ball point pen for filling the information and answers in the answer-sheet.
Candidates can not exit the exam hall between exams: The candidate will not be allowed to leave the examination hall unless and until the examination is over.
No eatables and beverages allowed: The candidate will not be allowed to enter the examination hall with tea, coffee, cold drinks, or light refreshment during the examination. Smoking is prohibited in the examination hall.
