Guidelines to Follow on GUJCET 2026 Exam Day
Check the important instructions that candidates need to follow at the GUJCET exam centre:
- No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination centre without the GUJCET 2026 admit card.
- The candidate must sit in the seat number mentioned on their GUJCET 2026 admit card as per the sitting arrangement of the respective examination hall
- The candidates shall enter the examination hall as per the schedule given on the admit card for each paper.
- After commencement of the examination, no candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall under any circumstances.
- If any candidate enters at the time when the exam starts, they will be allowed to enter. However, they will not be given extra time for filling in the details on the Question Booklet and Answer Sheet or to complete the exam.
- The candidate will not be allowed to leave the examination hall until the examination is over.

- Any one of these identification documents: Aadhaar card / Driving License / Hall Ticket of HSC Main exam

Things NOT Allowed at GUJCET Exam Centre 2026
According to the official GUJCET exam guidelines, candidates are not allowed to carry the following items to the exam hall:
- Any textbook
- Any reference literature
- Slide rules
- Printed or handwritten log table
- Xeroxed writing
- Chits
- Cellular phone
- Pager
- Eatables and beverages (tea, coffee, cold drinks or light refreshment)
- or any type of instrument or literature
| Where to do rough work in the GUJCET exam? |
| For rough work, there will be a definite place at the bottom of each page of the GUJCET 2026 Question Booklet. Moreover, space shall be provided on the last page of the Question Booklet. |
GUJCET Exam Day Instructions Related to Marking Attendance
Once the candidates have taken their seats at the exam hall, they have to take the signature of the Block Supervisor of the examination hall on the GUJCET admit card. Candidates have to also sign the form No. 01 for attendance for confirmation of their presence on the GUJCET exam day. In the GUJCET OMR answer sheet, the candidate has to sign at the prescribed places, as well as have the signature of the block supervisor.
Candidates have to sign twice in the attendance register:
- As confirmation of receipt of the GUJCET question paper and OMR sheet bearing the same code.
- As confirmation of the submission of the OMR answer sheet to the Block Supervisor

GUJCET 2026 Exam Guidelines Regarding Filling the OMR Answer Sheet
The candidates must know how to fill in the details in the GUJCET 2026 OMR answer sheet so that they are prepared for the exam day and have no confusion on the exam day.
Candidates should check the following details as soon as they get the GUJCET question paper and OMR answer sheet:
- Whether the type of Question Booklet printed is the same as on the answer sheet or not.
- Check the number of pages as mentioned in the Question Booklet. If any page is incomplete/illegible/missing/torn, then seek the attention of the Block Supervisor.
- The seal (lock sticker) on the question booklet is not already open.
- All the candidates shall hand over the answer sheet to the Block Supervisor on completion of the examination.
Instructions to Fill GUJCET OMR Answer Sheet 2026
The OMR sheet will have two sides:
Side A: This side will have two sections - Section 1 is where the candidates have to mark their answers, and Section 2 is where the candidaes have to fill in the centre number, put their signature, fill in the seat number, get the signature of the block supervisor and paste the bar code sticker.
