What does the Poll Result Signify for JoSAA 2025 Round 3?
JoSAA round 3 might see increase in availability of sears across colleges and categories. There will be many vacancies and cutoffs. This might be benefical for candidates with lower ranks in getting a seat.
Candidates who have held a seat and requested upgradation, round 3 will give them another chance to move up without losing their current allocation if no upgrade comes through.
The candidates who are seatless, Round 3 is likely their best short-term opportunity to get into a decent branch/institute before later rounds thin out more choices.
The poll data reveal that in the JoSAA round 3 counselling, there is a better chance of getting a seat in a better college. Many students have rejected the seats and choose to participate in the further round. So, it is best time to take action and choose a better college and course.

Army Institute of Technology does not participate in the standard JoSAA or CSAB center rounds for its BE course. The institute runs its own independent counseling portal to manage applications. Students must track notifications directly on the college website instead of central engineering portals.
