UKSEE BPharm, BPharm Lateral Entry Application Form 2022, Registration: Know How to Apply

UKSEE Application Form 2023 - Uttarakhand Technical University will soon release the UKSEE 2023 application form at the official website. Applicants will be able to fill the UKSEE application form at uktech.ac.in. The application process of UKSEE 2023 comprises registration, filling form, uploading documents and payment of fee. UKSEE application form 2023 will be available in online mode only. 

Applicants are advised to fill all the details in the UKSEE 2023 application form carefully. The exam authority will not provide any UKSEE application correction facility after the conclusion of the registration process. Candidates also need to upload scanned image of photograph in the UKSEE application form. The application fee of UKSEE 2023 is Rs 1500 for UR & OBC candidates while SC & ST candidates have to pay Rs 750 as fee. UKSEE 2023 exam date will be notified soon. Documents required to fill UKSEE 2023 application form 

Candidates will be required following documents & details to fill UKSEE application form. 

• Valid email ID. 
• Valid phone number. 

• Scanned image of photograph. 
• Debit/credit card or net banking details for fee payment. 
• Educational qualification documents. 
• Valid photo ID proof. 

Specifications to upload photograph in UKSEE application form 2023 

Candidates can refer to the specifications given below to upload scanned image of photograph in the application form.  

• A photograph of minimum 35x45 mm with at least 75% coverage of face & head of the candidate taken after 01-01-2023.  
• A caption indicating name of candidate and date of taking photograph should be there at the bottom of photo.  
• Photograph should be taken in a white/very light coloured background.  
• The photograph needs to display full front view of the face. Please look directly into the camera with a natural expression.  

• Please avoid with reflection of shadow on the face with red eyes.  
• The photograph needs to be printed on a high-quality paper with at least 600 dpi resolution.  
• The colors must possess the natural appearance and skin tone.

UKSEE application form fee 2023 

Candidates filling the application form have to pat pay the fee in online mode. The application fee can be paid through debit/credit card or net banking. Candidates will be able to pay the UKSEE application form fee in online mode only. For more details, candidates can refer to the table given below.

How to fill UKSEE 2023 application form? 

Below are the steps that the candidates must follow to fill out the application form for UKSEE. 

New candidate UKSEE 2023 registration 

• In the first step, candidates have to visit the UKSEE official website. 
• Register by clicking on ‘New Candidate Registration. 
• Click on ‘Apply for UKSEE 2023’. 
• Next, in the declaration, tick on ‘I Accept’.   
• After this, provide an email address, mobile number and date of birth and others required to complete the registration. 

Login with UKSEE 2023 registration number and date of birth 

• Candidates will be provided with a new registration number. 
• To proceed further, candidates have to enter their registration number and date of birth 

Fill UKSEE application form details 

• After login, enter your personal, contact and academic details. 
• Candidates must note that the details once entered cannot be modified/changed later, therefore it is necessary to fill the details carefully. 

Uploading of Photograph & Signature 

• In this step, candidates have to upload their photograph and signature as a part of the application process. 

• The candidates will have to produce the same copy of the photograph in the process of counselling and admission.  

UKSEE admit card 2023 

The exam authority will release the UKSEE 2023 admit card online at the official website. Applicants who fill the UKSEE application form before the last date will be able to download the UKSEE admit card a few days before the exam. Candidates will be required to carry their admit card of UKSEE along with one valid photo ID proof.
