MH CET Law Application Form Correction 2026

The MH CET Law 2026 application form correction window concluded on March 11 for the 3-yr LLB programme at the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org. The exam conducting body, State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, provided the correction facility for those aspirants who registered for the MH CET Law exam. The correction window for the 3-year LLB programme started on March 9, 2026. For the 5-year LLB course, the last date of application is March 15, 2026. The 3-year LLB registration last date was March 3, 2026. Candidates were ALLOWED to complete the forms and submit them by March 11. This privilege was extended to those candidates who had not been able to complete the MH CET Law application forms by March 3. Additionally, the fee payment window was open till March 11, 2026. New registrations were not allowed. In the Maharashtra state, there are around 16,240 seats available for admission to the 3-year LLB course with the participating colleges.

Among all the other details that can be changed, only the mobile number and email ID cannot be changed while applying for the application form.

MH CET Law Application Form Correction 2026: Is it Free or Chargeable?

The State CET Cell, Maharashtra, did NOT charge any fee from the candidates for the application correction. However, in case the candidate changes the category, then the difference amount will be chargeable. This means if the category selected earlier was reserved and later he/she may upgrade it to unreserved, then the difference in the application form fee will be charged at the time of the MH CET LAW application form submission window.

MH CET Law Application Form Correction: Important Guidelines

The conducting body has issued certain guidelines related to the registration form correction as mentioned below:

  1. Submit the MH CET LAW application form carefully, as once submitted, no second chance for editing the form will be provided
  2. Do not send any correction requests through email, post, or mobile messages. It will not be considered. The candidate will have to make changes at the online admission portal.

The MH CET 2026 exam for the 3-year LLB program is scheduled to be held on April 1 and April 2, 2026.

The last date to make changes to the MH CET Law application form for the 3-year LLB course was March 11, 2026. Post this date, no candidate will be allowed to make any corrections. No application fee will be accepted after this date for the 3-year LLB course.

You should wear plain and comfy clothes, nothing fancy or shiny. Don't put on metal things like belts or jewelry. Keep away from caps, scarves, or shoes that got thick soles. Only bring simple stationery, no gadgets or watches. Light color dress with few pockets help you pass security check fast.

The score is good as a score of 80 to 100 percentile is required to apply for top 20 law schools accepting MHCET score.

No, the MHT CET Law exam (MH CET Law) is a state-level entrance test meant only for law colleges in Maharashtra. It isn't accepted for admissions outside Maharashtra, as other states or universities usually take national-level exams like CLAT or conduct their own entrance tests.
