The exam is scheduled to be conducted in the computer-based test mode, hence all the COVID-19 protocols will be strictly followed at the exam centre. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam centre without the KMAT Kerala admit card and they need to complete the frisking formalities. The exam conducting authorities release the exam day guidelines before the exam. KMAT Kerala 2022 exam for Session 2 will be conducted in the month of August 2022. Here’s a list of necessary instructions that the students must follow at the KMAT Kerala test centre. The list also consists of some dos and don’ts and important documents to be carried to the centre to help candidates understand the rules and regulations to be followed on the exam day.

1. KMAT Kerala Admit Card and Access Card
Once the students reach the KMAT Kerala exam centre, they will be provided with an access card which will contain the username, password and seat number of the candidate. The credentials are to be used by the candidates to login into the system. Candidates will have to carry the printout of the KMAT Kerala admit card 2022. Applicants will not be allowed to enter the exam centre without a valid admit card which has been downloaded from the CEE website. The KMAT Kerala admit card will have the following details:

Any electronic item including a watch, mobile phone, ipad, calculator, smartwatch, etc. is not allowed inside the KMAT Kerala examination centre. Any candidate found carrying such an item inside the examination hall will be disqualified. Apart from electronic items, stationary other than a blue/black ball point pen, metal accessories and eatables are also not allowed. Caps and headgear, goggles, hoodies, etc. are also not allowed inside the KMAT Kerala test centre. Any candidate found carrying any such item or pieces of paper will be disqualified from the exam. Candidates must not carry bags and other valuables, as KMAT Kerala exam centres do not have any provision of bag deposit.
On KMAT Kerala exam day, students have to follow:
- Reach test centre at reporting time mentioned on KMAT Kerala admit card.
- Carry two copies of KMAT Kerala admit card, one photo ID card and passport size photos
- PwD candidates should carry the relevant certificates and documents
- Carry a blue or black ball point pen for signing attendance sheet
- Cooperate with test centre staff and follow instructions during entry
- Candidates must write their name and roll numbers on rough sheet provided by invigilator and sign on it
No, the KMAT Kerala exam will be conducted only in single shift. The exam has always been conducted in one shift on a single day for each session. KMAT Kerala exam pattern has not changed much since past few years.

2. Documents to Carry for Identification at the Exam Centre
KMAT Kerala aspirants need to carry their recent photo identification documents. The name and other details on the document must match the details of the KMAT Kerala admit card. Acceptable identification documents include:
- PAN card
- Driving License
- Voter ID
- Passport
- Aadhaar Card With photograph
- E- Aadhaar
- Ration Card
- Bank Passbook with Photograph
Candidates must also carry two passport-size photographs (same as uploaded with the application form) to be pasted on the attendance sheet at the CMAT test centre.
Candidates belonging to the SC/ST categories also need to carry their caste certificates attested by a competent authority. Those belonging to PwD category need to carry Disability and Scribe certificates.
3. Personal Items to Carry
Aspirants are not allowed to carry personal items such as electronic devices, mobile phones, calculators, electronic watches/smart watches, or textual/printed/written materials inside the examination hall. Other personal items too have to be kept outside the examination hall. A sheet of paper will be provided to each candidate for rough work inside the examination hall. Candidates will be required to write their name and roll number on the top of the rough sheet and sign at the end of the sheet. The rough sheet has to be submitted to the invigilator after the exam.
4. Stationary to Carry
Candidates must carry a blue ballpoint pen for signing the attendance sheet. Candidates need to sign the attendance sheet and write their seat number on the same.
5. KMAT Kerala Mock Test and the Final Exam
A mock test will be conducted before the KMAT Kerala exam. The mock test will be conducted to familiarize the candidates with the test mode of the exam. After the mock test time, candidates will be automatically redirected to the final exam screen. The exam screen will have a timer on the top right corner and the questions will be displayed one by one along with the options. Candidates can switch between the questions by clicking the ‘save and next’ and ‘save and previous' button. An answer can be cleared by selecting the ‘clear response’ button. Candidates can also mark ‘review’ to review the answer at a later stage. If the answer option is selected along with the review mark then the question will appear orange and if the answer is not marked and the review option is selected then the question will appear violet. The answered questions will be marked green.
When the timer on the right corner of the screen shows zero, the candidate will be redirected to the Statistics page where he/she could view the statistics of the examination. The Statistics Page shows total questions, number of answered questions, unanswered questions, etc.
6. Reporting Time at the CMAT Exam Centre
Report to your assigned test centre by the reporting time mentioned on your KMAT 2022 admit card. The staff at the centre will check all the documents before letting you enter the centre. Candidates must maintain social distancing and Covid-19 protocols at all times. So please reach the venue on time mentioned on your KMAT Kerala 2022 admit card.
