PSEB Exams 2026: The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) is conducting the PSEB Class 12 2026 exam. It will conclude on April 4. PSEB 10th exam 2026 is being conducted from March 6 to April 1. The admit cards were issued to candidates from schools. They need to carry it on all the days of exams. PSEB 10th 2026 exam is being conducted from 11 am to 2.15 pm. The duration of the paper was 3 hour and 15 minutes. Students are also given time to read the question papers. The Board released the PSEB date sheet 2026 for Class 10, 12 on December 30, 2025. No, you will not be allowed to write Class 10 exam without PSEB admit card. It is an important ID card that shares all exam details.

Q:   How can I check my PSEB 10th result if I have misplaced my admit card?

Students need not worry even if they don't have the PSEB class 10 roll number. They can ask their school for the details mentioned on their admit card and the school will then provide them with a new one. This way, they can get the details to check their PSEB Class 10 result.

PSEB 12th Exam Pattern 2026

PSEB revised the Punjab Board Exam Pattern 2026 Class 10, 12. According to the new paper pattern, three major changes have been made in PSEB 10th, 12th paper pattern. These are listed below:

Reduction in Objective Questions (MCQs) - The share of objective-type questions has been reduced from 40 per cent to 25 per cent.

Questions From Within the Chapter - Earlier, 100 per cent of questions were taken only from the exercises at the end of the textbook chapters. Now, at least 25 per cent of questions will come from within the chapter content itself, while the remaining 75 per cent will be from the exercises. This will require students to study the entire chapter in depth.

Increase in Difficulty Level - There has been a change in the distribution of difficulty level. Earlier, the PSEB exams were 40 per cent easy, 40 per cent average and 20 per cent difficult. After the introduction of changes, it will be 30 per cent easy, 40 per cent average and 30 per cent difficult.
