The Entrepreneurship Cell of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur announces the 13th edition of its annual E-Summit, scheduled for January 17-19, 2025. Centered around the theme "Reflections of Resilience," the summit will delve into how overcoming challenges fuels innovation and growth. Since its inception in 2012, the E-Summit has been a cornerstone for fostering innovation and shaping the future of entrepreneurship, bringing together entrepreneurs, industry leaders, venture capitalists, mentors, and aspiring innovators to connect, collaborate, and inspire.

This year's summit will feature an impressive lineup of speakers and thought leaders. Alok Agarwal (Reliance) and Naveen Tiwari (Scrabble) will headline the "Top Table Talk," sharing valuable insights on leadership and innovation. A fireside chat with Sundararaman Ramamurthy (BSE Ltd) will explore the evolving dynamics of business and financial markets. The closing ceremony will spotlight renowned personalities like Rajat Sharma (India TV) and Aman Gupta (Founder & CMO, Boat), offering their perspectives on entrepreneurship and leadership. The event will also celebrate digital innovators like Tharun Naik, inspiring the next wave of creative disruptors.
A key highlight is the Shevolution Summit, a dynamic platform celebrating women in leadership. Prominent figures like Vidita Kochar (Jewel Box) and Shruti Chaturvedi (India Action Project) will share insights on resilience, empowerment, and business leadership.
Prof. Manindra Agrawal, Director of IIT Kanpur, said, "The E-Summit has long been a symbol of entrepreneurial spirit, celebrating innovation and perseverance. Backed by the ODOP Scheme and MYUVA under MSME U.P., along with support from the Kotak School of Sustainability, C3i Hub, and SIIC, the summit will feature workshops and competitions with a prize pool of INR 30 lakh, offering participants a chance to showcase their entrepreneurial talents. Additionally, the Upstart'24 platform will connect startups with venture capitalists, mentors, and investors, fast-tracking their journey from idea to execution.
