IIT Patna and MIT Sign MOU to Boost Regional Collaboration
This MoU establishes a framework for collaboration across various fields, including joint research activities, faculty exchange, and sharing of academic resources.
In a significant step towards enhancing academic and research collaboration, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Patna and Muzaffarpur Institute of Technology (MIT) Muzaffarpur have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
Prof. T.N. Singh, Director of IIT Patna, stated, "Signing this MoU is a significant milestone in our pursuit of academic and research excellence. We look forward to a productive collaboration with MIT Muzaffarpur that will drive innovation and address key challenges."
This MoU establishes a framework for collaboration across various fields, including joint research activities, faculty exchange, and sharing of academic resources. It also outlines plans for organizing joint conferences and seminars to foster dialogue on topics of mutual interest.
Indian Institute of Technology Patna is one of the 23 IITs, located at Bihta near Patna, Bihar. It is recognized as an Institute of National Importance by the Government of India. It is one of the second generation IITs.
