As per the latest report, National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-2021) admit card soon for the undergraduate medical entrance examination to be held on September 12. 

This year more than 15 lakh medical aspirants are expected to take NEET 2021 examination. Amid the demand to postpone the examination further, the NTA is all set to conduct the examination on the scheduled date. The exam will be held while following strict Covid 19 precautions due to the ongoing pandemic. Candidates health status and details of recent travel would be asked at the examination centre. 

The NEET 2021 admit card is likely to be released in the first week of September. According to NTA, the admit card will be released three days before the exam and it will have all the instructions that candidates need to follow on the examination day. The students need to fill and carry the self-declaration form to the centre. All the required details in the self-declaration form must be filled like a photograph should be pasted and the form must have a clear left-hand thumb impression. 

How to Download NEET 2021 Admit Card

Registered candidates will have to follow the steps given below to download the NEET 2021 admit card:

  • Visit the official NEET 2021 website - neet.nta.nic.in
  • Click on the tab indicating admit card download or login with your username and password
  • Download the admit card and take multiple prints

After downloading the admit card, candidates will have to check the details mentioned on it such as their name, exam schedule, exam centre, photograph and signature. In case of any discrepancy, one should approach NTA to get those rectified.

Exam Day Guidelines

The students would not be allowed to enter the examination centre without NEET 2021 admit card and valid ID proof. One must also have additional photographs, personal hand sanitiser, transparent water bottle, mask, and gloves.

The dress code includes half sleeves, slippers and sandals, and any closed footwear would not be allowed.
