The JENPAS UG 2025 registration process has concluded for the academic year 2025-26 on September 19, 2025. The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) opened the application window online at the official website. In the end, the application correction window was opened for a period of two days on September 18, 2025. The JENPAS UG application forms were last available till September 16, 2025. After filling out the JENPAS UG 2025 application form, students were allowed to make changes in the application form, such as edit/modify the online form. The JENPAS UG 2025 exam was held on October 18, 2025.

JENPAS UG 2025 Eligibility Criteria

The JENPAS UG 2025 eligibility criteria stipulate that the candidate applying for the exam must be an Indian Citizen. There is no bar on the Gender. Both male and female candidates can apply for the exam. However, only female candidates are eligible to seek admission to the Government nursing colleges. The minimum age for the BSc nursing programme is 17 years as of December 31, 2025. Considering the educational qualification, an aspirant must have passed Class 12 in PCB subjects from a recognised university or board at the state or national level.

Q:   My age is 37 years. Am I eligible to apply for the JENPAS BSc nursing exam?
A: 

As per the JENPAS UG eligibility criteria, the exam conducting body allows applicants of 35 years of age, maximum, to apply for the exam. Only female candidates are eligible to enroll for the exam. 

Q:   Is JENPAS UG exam restricted only for candidates belonging to West Bengal state?
A: 

Yes, candidates domiciled in West Bengal are only eligible to apply for the JENPAS UG entrance exam. An Indian citizen who is a domicile of WB can apply for the exam. The JENPAS UG exam is conducted for admission to the UG level nursing and paramedical courses. West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) conducts the OMR based Common Entrance Test.

How to fill JENPAS UG 2025 Application Form?

Here are quick steps to help you glide through the process easily:  

  1. Visit the JENPAS UG official website, wbjeeb.nic.in/jenpas-ug/
  2. Provide a correct phone number and email ID to create an admission ID and password on the portal of WBJEEB. The candidate will receive SMS and email at the registered mobile number and email ID.
  3. When the application number gets generated, log in again to fill out the application form.
  4. The first step is to select one of these choices
    • Paper-I only
    • Paper-II only or
    • Both Paper-I and Paper-II
  5. Choose the test centre location from among the given choices as per availability and preference.
  6. Then upload relevant images in JPEG format. It should be a recent color photograph and signature.
  7. Scanned images of important documents, such as a certificate or mark sheet, should also be uploaded in PDF format.

The JENPAS UG 2025 application fee was announced through the official prospectus. It was mandatory to pay the application fee to complete the registration process. Only those candidates who paid the registration fee were issued the admit card.

Q:   I appeared for the JENPAS exam last year. Can I again apply this year as well?
A: 

Yes, there is no restriction on the number of times a candidate can appear for the JENPAS UG exam. A candidate can take multiple attempts provided he/she fulfill the eligibility criteria specified by WBJEEB. The OMR-based JENPAS UG exam allows candidates to seek admission to courses such as BSc nursing, BPT, BMLT, BSc CCT, BSc OTT, BSc PT, BSc PA, BSc MMB, BVSO, BHA, among other paramedical and allied courses.

JENPAS UG 2025 Application Fees

The JENPAS UG application fees had to be paid by Net Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card only. For only Paper-1 or only Paper-2, the JENPAS UG application fee must be paid in full along with the Bank's service charges as applicable. It was mandatory to pay the JENPAS UG application fees to complete the registration process. 

Once the application fee was paid, a fee payment Confirmation Page appeared on the screen, affirming the successful completion of all the above steps. It is advised to download the ’Confirmation Page' for future use. Candidates who participated in the JENPAS UG 2025 application process were informed about the updated fee. However, the JENPAS UG application fee for the previous year is mentioned below:

Candidates should have attained minimum 17 years to appear for JENPAS UG exam. Thye must not be older than 35 years. The applicant must be 17 years of age as on 31.12.2025. The upper age limit for the BVSO programme is 40 years.

After the JENPAS UG 2025 application correction facility concluded on September 19, 2025. WBJEEB provided a chance to the JENPAS UG applicants to make changes in the application form during the correction period to ensure that candidates submit a correct JENPAS UG application form. Suppose any candidate wants to make changes or do corrections to the wrongly entered information in his/her JENPAS UG application form. In that case, he/she was able to do so after logging in during the given correction period. The JENPAS UG 2025 application correction window was active for 2 days on September 18, 2025, and September 19, 2025. Any request after the correction period was not entertained by WBJEEB under any circumstances.

JENPAS UG 2025 exam was held on October 18, 2025. The official date has not been released by WBJEEB on the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in. Earlier, the exam was scheduled to he held on May 25, 2025, but it was cancelled.

No. There was no option to fill the JENPAS application form 2025 in offline mode. Candidates were not allowed to fill the form in offline mode. The entire JENPAS registration process was conducted online at the official admission portal, wbjeeb.nic.in/jenpas-ug/. It was mandatory to fill and upload the documents online to appear for the nursing and paramedical entrance exam.

Yes, it is important and mandatory to carry the JENPAS UG hall ticket to the examination hall. It is the proof and validates your candidature for appearing in the entrance exam.
