As per the CTET Dec 2024 result PDF, over 2.7 lakh candidates qualifed the exam. As per the CTET result 2024 of the July session, over 2 lakh candidates cleared the exam. The number of qualified and non-qualified candidates in CTET 2024 exam was available after the declaration of results. The number of qualified candidates were announced by the CBSE in the result PDF. Yes, you can apply for CTET Paper 1 only if you make sure that you meet the minimum teacher education requirement for Classes 1 to 5.

The major difference between CTET and UPTET is that when candidates clear the CTET exam, it provides a national-level eligibility certificate that can be used across India, whereas clearing the UPTET exam provides a state-level eligibility certificate that is only valid within Uttar Pradesh state.
