SSC GD Shift Timings 2026: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will be conducting the SSC GD Constable exam in January/ February 2026. The exam seeks to fill SSC GD vacancy for the post of Constable GD, Riflemen GD and Sepoy. The SSC GD exam is organised online as a computer-based exam (CBE) in four shifts on each exam day at the designated exam centres across the nation. SSC GD Exam Duration 2026
The Constable (GD) in CAPFs, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles and Sepoy in Narcotics Control Bureau Examination, 2026 exam is conducted online. The exam is held on various days and shifts. The Commission organises four exam shifts for the SSC GD Constable Recruitment on each exam day. Each exam shift is one hour in duration. Candidates are given a total of 60 minutes to complete the exam.

- A candidate must carry a GD Constable admit card to the examination hall.

The SSC GD Constable DV/ DME 2025 dates have not been announced yet. However, it is expected that the SSC GD medical exam will start in November 2025. The CRPF will soon announce the dates for the Constable DME exam after the declaration of PET/ PST result.

The final SSC GD vacancy list is released state-wise, category-wise, post-wise and gender-wise. The SSC GD Constable vacancy is released in two parts-Part I and Part II. The Part I comprises SSC GD vacancies for BSF, CSIF, CRPF, SSB, ITPB, AR and SSF. Part II comprises the vacancies for NCB. The SSC GD vacancy is also announced in the official notification.
